Hong Kong Seafood — Restaurant in Birmingham

I must admit I work also am sure we all have worked some were but I have visit Hong kung seafood a bit now dealing with the cashier's attitudes for each time I have come I have dealt with the most rudiest people alive in my opinion.but this time my experience was horrible ordering with my mother the guy at the window seems to be always angry he seem to always yell😒 I sometime start to feel when I visit the Hong kung restaurant it's mainly money never valuing the customer's 18 or not I no right from wrong and I no for a fact many may complain but i really find this as an issue to contain really and I agree this is very unprofessional even I don't act like a over aggressive beast...enough said let's try making change could we at least talk to your employees cause probably 10 years or less from now people will defiantly talk about this issue more openly with the world you no Facebook is around and other media a company cannot existed without the people...

Food smelled horrible before even opening the container. It did not look like your typical honey chicken Chinese food. It appeared to be covered in some sauce that looked like slime. The taste of the chicken was borderline. I had so many reservations leading up to eating the food that mid way, I had to put it away. Tried to get a refund and I was interrupted whilst trying to explain my concerns. I was also denied a refund because I ate “5 pieces of 12 pieces of chicken.” I’m not sure what year restaurants began counting how many pieces of chicken they put on your plate, let along without even seeing your food. 100% would not recommended eating any type of food here. Everything is dusty and they use the same oil to cook...

I wish, I could rate them a negative zero. Food far below taste of the location once on 8th ave. Today after NOT eating at Hong Kong Seafood for several months due to poor food, taste and order is always incorrect, I gave them another try. AGAIN, I am beyond disappointed!!! I ordered beef and broccoli and Tilapia fish dinner, when I got home the juice from the Beef n broccoli wasted into my fish because they put in on top. As mention, I ordered Tilapia only to find they gave me Catfish, which I simple do not like or care to eat CATFISH. In the past I ate at Hong Kong a minimum of once a week, now I will keep passing them by. This place...
