Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Birmingham

I placed an order for a 10 piece chicken only and paid extra for all breasts and wings at 8pm to make later at 845pm so that it would be fresh when I arrived. The store closes at 10pm per their website. I arrived at 840pm and they had already locked the door to the lobby and were cleaning the food prep area to close the store. They handed me a sealed bag and when I checked it in the car I found in the box 1 breast, 1 wing, 3 legs and 2 thighs so I not only didn't get all white meat which I paid extra for, I didn't even get the full 10 pieces of chicken I ordered. The chicken was also old and cold, so they obviously just threw whatever old chicken they had leftover in a box and served that to me. When I got the manager to come back to the door, I received no apology, just a very rude "you will have to wait 30 minutes if you want us to make more chicken." I did not have 30 minutes to wait, so I asked for money back and again was very rudely told that since I ordered online I would have to request a refund online. I tried calling the stores local number the next day and it rings forever before finally disconnecting. No answer, no voicemail, nothing. I called their corporate number and they took my information and said that they would request a refund but I have yet to get any sort of confirmation that a refund is forthcoming. Moral of this story is never order from Church's online as you will not be able to get a refund, and avoid the Centerpoint location like the plague! You...

It's church's chicken 🐔 if it's fresh it's good I'm shock and amazed that they actually had spicy chicken because you never see the spicy chicken at the ones in Birmingham so kudos to this location for that. The other locations always have an excuse as to why they never had spicy chicken and everybody knows they are lying 🤥. We were trying to try the fish sandwich here but unfortunately they didn't have the bun that it goes on SMH. How do you have the fish but run out of the buns the fish goes on? 🤔 anyway the food we got was good and the service was quick enough not to complain and they really need to have somebody working there to clean tables after people dine in there because the dining are was terrible but again it's church's so hey I guess you aren't supposed to expect much from a place you spend your hard earned money at. Went by today 02/28/2]24 and once again they don't have fish sandwiches. What's the point in advertising something you never have and they haven't been opened 2 hours but yall don't have any man gtfoh. STOP ADVERTISING PRODUCTS YOU NEVER HAVE 😤 YALL PROBABLY STEALING...

The level of UNPROFESSIONALISM I experienced today was utterly ridiculous! The wait was not only 45 mins (which I didn't mind waiting for), but the way I was spoken to pissed me off. I was already waiting 10 mins to order, when the only thing that was said was, it'll be 15 to 20 min wait on chicken. Okay.. nothing else for another 10. I asked are you going to still take my order? Nothing.. Finally, driving around to the window, I asked was my order still going to be taken. I'm assuming she's the manager, proceeded to raise her voice and say, ma'am I have people in the lobby, and 3 cars pulled down. I said okay, I don't mind the wait can I order? No. I don't want to fill my board up with orders😳 Then says can you go back so u can get off my timer....which was the real reason she wasn't taking drive thru orders but a line is wrapped around the building.. SMH now anyone that has worked in fast food knows that lunch is the busiest time! U should be dropping chicken, instead of laughing etc. To make sure you don't run out.
