I set an appointment with my refrigerator company to have Alabama Power to service my refrigerator. I even called prior to calling my refrigerator company to make sure I get them. I called my refrigerator company to set the appointment for Wednesday. I waited for Wednesday and no one ever showed up. I'm very disappointed with them because they didn't even bother to call.
