KFC — Restaurant in Birmingham

Went to place an order today and the crew. That is there this morning before? 12 o'clock was very unpleasant. Very rude, very disrespectful. I was told one thing in the drive. Through got to the window and the order was different. I was told I could make my own selection of what it is that I want it and it will be one price then when I get there, there's another exit receptionist or clerk to explain it to me. Manager came to the front of the window and became very rude. And out of place you need a new team.That's why your rating is what it is that attitude?The atmosphere of the ladies that work there are unacceptable.You need to fire all and get a new team...

Worst customer service ever! They played the entire time I was placing my order so much that she couldn’t even read the order back correctly. I asked for a pot pie and they didn’t have any I was willing to wait..when I got to the window she read the order back but it wasn’t correct. Once I corrected her she caught an attitude with me rolling her neck. I simply told her cancel the entire order and went to the Fairfield location where I had no issue and customer service was on point .Kfc was my very first Job and we could never treat our customers with disrespect let alone be playing and not have our...

This place is disgusting! First she got my order wrong. Ok bo biggie, but then gets an attitude with me an tells me that I'm wrong that I ordered something I didn't. They refund the difference. And finally give me back my card. I then watch her drop my food 9n the floor! Scoop it back into the box n try n hand it to me through the window! I ask for a manager, who the proceeds to give half my order. I don't eat potato wedges! No dipping sauce n they don't give me my drink! Forget it!...
