I don't actually know if the food quality was good or not , but the over all look of the place I highly doubt it . So this was the most dirty , disgusting & raunchy McDonald's I have ever seen or been in in my entire life . The floors I appeared to have not been mopped in at best 3 months. The smell in the restroom was worse than a gay bathhouse on a Saturday in pride month . The customer service given by the staff INCLUDING the manager was pitiful and they all need retrained ESPECIALLY the manager , because factually the crew only follows his lead.. Not one single employee spoke to us the entire 1 hour and 25 minutes we were there. My friend and I entered and stood at the front counter for almost 20 min no greeting of any sort was made by anyone including either one of the managers that were there. They both came to the front counter to get money from the register never spoke or acknowledged our existence. The associates all appeared to be in a mad frenzy of working and appeared to be slammed even though therre was no other orders inside ahead of us and 1 car in drive though. Bravo to them all on their ability to look and act busy again including the manager. Realizing there was no help coming in the near future. I ordered at the kiosk in the lobby. After we placed our order we took our table tent and seated ourselves .I always sit at the tables farthest in back facing the doors as we walked to the back of the restaurant I noticed with each stepni took the floor was so black and sticky my steps were literally encumbered by the pull of the filth and debri across the tile . It looked like a homeless convention at th first 3 tables turns out it was just a bunch of employees off work on break or just come up to hang out with there friends truly it was a great look for the restaurant. Book bags people sprawled out asleep in the booths food trays and cups I'm hoping hours old but could have been as it looked piled up and left unattended for days. Once we were seated I noticed thevsmell of the place again not sure ,but they must have a dead cow somewhere within the restaurant . Any way skipping ahead..... 25 min later no food and they have no inside orders and 2 cars in the drivers through not 2 more ....but the same 1 car that was there when we arrived and another poor soul whom pulled in after we were there.. I go up front to see what is taking so longcand get an idea of when we might see our food. But guess what all the employees were still so frantically making the orders that after standing there for 19 min and even calling out to then and getting glares of death.....I went and repeated myself at the table with my friend . Let me make this very clear the management needs to be terminated because this was absolutely unacceptable I've worked in the industry and I know how it can be .....but this wasn't just an understaffed busy day. In fact for the 3 orders in the restaurant inside and drive through combined they were way over staffed there were at least 10 employees on the clock and your telling me even with the help of the management they could not prepare and serve 3 orders in less than 30 min.....Fast forward at the 1 hour a 25 min mark with no contact or acknowledgement from anyone We were rightfully upset and over it. Let me point out I tried many times to get the attention of anyone and request a refund of my money . The kiosk gave me no receipt so I'll have to dispute the charge with the bank because it would be my word against there's I was even there. But so we ended up getting up and politely leaving with no apology refund no nothing but wasted time after having just shelled out an ungodly amount of money for a burger nuggets milkshake and soda. Do not go to this McDonald's because after talking to some friends I have now learned this is how this location operates ALWAYS.....it is common knowledge that no matter how busy what time of day it is you will never get out of this location in under 45 min. So if you have things to do avoid this...
Read more1st, Google should create a zero star rating. That’s what this location would get. Every time I go to this location, there is an issue. Today was the 1st time I encountered a worker with some respect, but of course that was short lived and overshadowed by the rest of the disrespectful rude staff. I ordered on the app & purposely didn’t submit the order until I turned off the street to begin the drive through. I did this because everytime I place an online order for this restaurant, my meal is ice cold, old, & stale. When I was addressed via speaker, the worker was very pleasant & when I pulled to her 1st window, I made the same special requests I made via speaker…please have them make my fries & nuggets fresh so they would be hot & to add Mac sauce on my burger. I didn’t request did the burger to be fresh because per their OWN ADVERTISEMENT, all quarter pounders are made to order. Once I pulled to the 2nd window, I was advised I would be a few moments & instead of asking me to pull forward as most McDonald’s locations do, they allowed me to sit there for over 5 minutes, despite the line that began forming behind me. Originally, there were no cars behind me & 1 in front of me that they actually did instruct to pull forward. After I was asked to pull forward 5 minutes later, I sat there waiting for 8-9 minutes. (Yes, I timed the full process) When my food was brought to me, the worker all by threw it in my window & turned to leave, not even sure of how the bag landed. I reviewed the order & my fries looked & felt like they were cooked ages ago. The nuggets were barely warm to the point where if I would have blew on I then, as people do to cool down food, they would have been as cold as the fries were. And what would be a cold meal w/out a cold burger? Not only was it cold, but it wasn’t a quarter pounder patty. 🤦🏾♀️ I guess they didn’t think I would notice. Due to the Mac sauce being added, I knew that the kind employee had provided the special requests that I made. I would have figured the long wait was to actually accommodate my requests. I went into the restaurant & requested a new order of hot food in the manner that I requested. When I 1st entered with the bag, 3 different employees clearly saw me standing @ the counter, but none acknowledged me or asked what I needed. This went on for 5-6 minutes until I finally called out to 1 that was passing me for the 4th time w/out acknowledging I was standing there. She responded with more attitude than she has body to hold the size of that attitude. I requested that my meal be prepared again & to actually prepare it fresh as I requested when confirming order. I also requested for the correct patty to be used, as this was a normal burger patty. She snatched the bag & requested the ticket be remade & to make sure it was hot. I’m not sure of which part of serving old cold food was a good idea, as I would have cooked @ home if it meant I would be cooking (warming) a meal. Once the order was returned nearly 13 minutes later, I found that the burger & fries were now hot, however, the chicken nuggets were now old, cold, & dry. I didn’t remember to check the burger patty until I arrived home due to the container being hot to the touch. I found that the patty was never corrected. As angry as that made me, I opted not to go back there to demand a refund and/or the correction to be rectified because I may have cut off someone’s air supply for being disrespectful for asking for what I paid for. So, if you don’t want to catch a case, I strongly recommend going to a different location. The non effect to get your order right coupled with the nasty attitudes is enough to cause any...
Read moreI wish there was an option for zero stars. Honestly, I've read so many other reviews just now, and I just can't figure out why or HOW this location is still even in business. Maybe the fact that it is 24-hours is all that is keeping it afloat, I don't know. Where to start? I was only the third customer in the store when I got there. There was a woman sitting down that was just waiting on 2 of the $5 meal deals. I ordered at the kiosk to pay cash at the register. On the kiosk there's an option to order a qpc OR just a qp with no cheese. There IS a difference in price. Anyway, I ordered my mother the meal with med fries and soda, extra onion and extra pickles. I ordered myself a bacon mcdouble, no onion, extra pickles, with a basket of fries (2 medium fries). I wanted to pay cash, but the machine didn't have any receipt paper in it. So I STILL had to stand in line behind what was now 4 more people in of me, one of which was ALREADY in front of me when I walked in. There was no one up front. There were like 8 people in the back, and everyone appeared to be working furiously, but there was NO FOOD coming out. There was also only like 3 cars in the drive thru, so that's not where it was going. And when I FINALLY got to pay for my order she (the manager) told me they were out of cheese. But she wouldn't take the cost off of the ticket. She argued with me about it in front of the customers and employees. I walked into the lobby at 17:46. I didn't get to pay until 18:07. Then there were at least 6 people that came in after me. The manager kept bringing random bags out and calling it the order, but NO ONE in the lobby had ordered whatever she was bringing out. So she kept taking it back. It was 16:35 when I finally got my food and left. And the FIRST lady that was only waiting on 2 meal deals was STILL THERE waiting. Got home, 8 minutes away, and plated the food. My mother's qp didn't have extra onions or pickles. My sandwich only had one patty and not even a full slice of bacon. Covered in onion, even though I ordered it without. And no pickles. I got a flat, dry burger covered in onion and a sniff of bacon. The fries were the correct size, but EVERY ONE of the cartons had hair in them. And they were old and cold, even though we all (there were a BUNCH of us in the lobby by then) watched them drop basket after basket of fries. Also, while the rest of stood there and watched, 3 or 4 people came in to pick up online or Uber eats orders, and of course those orders were ready. They put more emphasis on the online orders than they did the people standing in front of them. And, by the way, TWO of the pick up orders were also wrong or incomplete & they had to wait as well. Everything about this experience and meal was dreadful. My mother doesn't get fast food except maybe once every other month because I don't live in the same city. She was wanting McD's SO BAD, and she was incredibly disappointed. Worst $18.45...
