Unfortunately I have the worst experience ever at this McDonald's off of Montclair road. Normally when I go there is always a line they have two speakers. This particular morning that I went they obviously were not having a good morning when I got in line I was one car behind another and I thought it was going to go very quickly knowing that they had two lines going at a time when the person in front of me got through with their order they moved forward and the person that the next speaker began to get their order, as I was sitting there in my car waiting for the cashier to ask me for my order I waited continuously while five other cars from the other speaker went ahead of me she never addressed me in the lane that I was in and if I was sitting there there were about eight of a cars that have gathered behind me. So I said good morning and I told her that I was ready to get my order she told me to hold for a second she took two more orders and then she received my order when I gave her the order which I read directly from the menu screen she told me that they no longer have the dollar menu, I explained to her that I was only reading what was on the screen, I wanted a sausage biscuit for $2.19 and I wanted the second sandwich for $1.00 , just the way it was advertised that was advertised, as I continue to give her my order which was what I would consider very simple two sandwiches, a coffee, and a hash brown, that was my complete order, by the time I got to the window for the young lady to take my money , she had no idea what my order was, and as I began to tell her the order she located it on her screen, and then she began to double charge me for the order when I told her that, that was not correct she began to break it down and realize that there had been a mistake made so she called for the manager who then came to correct the problem when the manager got there, she could not correct the problem she informed me that it kept coming up that it could not delete anything and so to make a long story short I ended up paying or two sandwiches separately what should have been about $6 I ended up spending $14 there were several cars that had gathered behind me and I did not want to continue to hold up the line any longer so I moved forward to receive my order. I was very unsatisfied with the service that I have received and I bought that as a manager she would have at least offered me one of my sandwiches at no charge considering it was only $2 or a dollar but she would have rather ranged it up, and hold up a line where people had to go to work this is not the first time I've had problems with this service. Then when I did receive my order my coffee was cold My sandwich was cold and it was not fixed the way I act I was very disappointed with this service and I don't think I will be returning to this...
Read moreAugust 22, AM hours. Walked 12 miles to begin my day with McDs bfast. Sat down, & unloaded my pack in the parking area, having the need to catch my breath before engaging in the consumption ritual. Without any type of acknowledgment, a staff member came outside with what appeared to be a hose distributing pesticides, & began spraying dangerously close to me, causing me to inhale some of the chemicals. I asked if I was in his way, to which he responded, 'no, you aight', And continued on. Almost immediately, a very slovenly looking female in a McDs uniform approached me, saying, 'you caint be out here beggin'. When I attempted to explain that I had only come to purchase a meal, she retorted, 'you gonna leave or Ima call the police.' Slightly expressing my dismay with a sigh, I departed, And took my money to Arby's. You corporations really need to do a better job of monitoring the activities of your employees, as I've noticed an extreme decline in the quality of service over the last few years. Staff is incredibly unfriendly. I lived in South town for two years, And I judge that I feel safer walking through the hood at nite than in the presence of some of these hooligans you have working at this location. Please consider restaffing. McDs used to be such a friendly place. I grew up on Oporto Way, And have spent with this location for over 15 years. It's a shame I'm not comfortable visiting...

All the staffs there are very disrespectful; when you come into the establishment NO ONE and I mean NO ONE acknowledge you; all they do is look at you and go on back and talking to there co workers, playing on their phones, NONE OF THEM WEAR A HAIR NET while they have their hairs - real and fake - flying around the food, never seen any of them washes their hands, all of the workers spends more time for the drive thru and none for the front line. Customers would wait approximately 20 minutes and more waiting on SOMEONE - ANYONE to come out and take their orders. And when they do they get your orders wrong and won't acknowledge their mistakes. They would roll their eyes and huff under their breathes. Rubbing their hands on their faces and bodies, NAStY!! JUST NASTY!!!!!. A see a lot of this and more going on because a lot of times I would door dash there and I used to go there for myself until I gotten sick from their food. This place needs to be shut down. Seriously!! They have an awful awful terrible attitudes. Sour customer service. Too many young people working there. The manager is just as worse as the employees.
