Normally... I'm not a Taco Bell person, they put good stuff out, I just have some odd aversion to their spices that just don't sit well with me. BUT... My local TB finally got on the breakfast bandwagon. I ordered a breakfast crunchwrap with bacon, and oh boy, it was crunchy deliciousness. I could easily see TB becoming my morning "go to" place, for breakfast goodies!
My wife, enjoys their other food greatly. And I will say, that at this particular Eastwood location, when we have gone through to get food for my wife, that they have always had the most pleasant people working the drive-thru! Their drive-thru speed, is simply amazing! And the orders that we've received there, are usually 90 to 95% complete and correct. And that's comparing the score of all the nearby drive-throughs around this particular Taco Bell which average between 50% to maybe 75% correct order and complete order. So you could easily see how superior this particular drive-thru service experience is.
And the food I received this morning, oh my goodness, so delicious! Every bite was perfect, had just the right amount of crunch, just the right amount of crunchy bacon, just the right amount of fluffy eggs, and delicious cheese, all wrapped in a lightly grilled flour tortilla! Everybody, that had a part in putting my order together this morning, did their job perfectly! I had napkins, utensils, condiments, I had everything that I needed to eat...
Read moreActually much more expensive than I was lulled into believing. The food is decent and seemingly fresh. The wait at the drive-through is incredibly long and certainly not worthwhile. The attendants/cashiers are not just rude, they are also either uninformed or unwilling to share information about the menu and then unwilling to help with problems. An example is that I pulled a food item from my bag and asked what it was. The Young lady with whom I interacted and seemingly the only person available for help seemed quite put out by my question and answered “it looks like an empanada.” It was in no type of wrapping and I asked her about those two which are reply was, again quite put out, “It must’ve fallen out of the bag” and then dismissed me immediately. Rather than trying to engage in conversation that clearly would have yielded no benefit such as to ask Where are such a wrapper would be since there was none in my bag, I chose to chalk it up to a bad decision and left. Of course there was no receipt in the bag and leaving me no way to contact store management or potentially fill out a survey if this restaurant even...
Read moreThis is what we just ordered. We went to a Taco Bell 30 minutes from our house just to have a better experience than the Taco Bell down town. Both taco supremes had more sour cream than meat, the meat didn’t even cover half of the taco; both were broken. The cheesy roll ups were half filled and I had to rip off the excess tortilla that had nothing on it. My cheesy Gordita crunch was broken and had no cheese, which it is suppose too. The nacho cheese was cold and my beefy five layer burrito didn’t have cheese or sour cream on it, just beef and beans. A two layer burrito if you will. It also had a hash down the side of the ENTIRE burrito. This is pathetic, the whole point of us going out our way to this Taco Bell was because it was suppose to be better; it isn’t any better than the downtown Birmingham Taco Bell. If people do not want to work they do not need to be employed because that was truly embarrassing for that company. Will not go back to Taco Bell again. I gave it a second chance after downtown Birmingham but after this garbage I will not be returning now will my boyfriend or my family. Disappointed does not...
