Subway — Restaurant in Birmingham

Today me n my family wanted subway and I agreed because I remembered I had been sent coupons in the mail by subway and a few other fast food places. We stopped by the five points location in Birmingham and just as soon as we stepped in a young lady with so much rudeness stopped us and said WE DONT TAKE COUPONS!!!! I WAS SENT THESE COUPONS FOR PLACES IN MY AREA. MY QUESTION IS WHY SEND COUPONS OUT TO LOCAL HOMES IF THEY CAN'T BE USED BASICALLY USELESS IN MY AREA. SO IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED SUBWAY COUPONS IN THE FIVE POINTS AREA FOR SUBWAY THERE USELESS 🤔 . I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND USEING THIS LOCATION DUE TO OUR EXPERIENCE. AS FAR AS A CLEAN LOCATION THIS ISN'T IT. I NOTICED THERE WAS A GREASE LIKE SUBSTANCE ON ALL WINDOWS. THE STORE WAS absolutely so dirty I wouldn't eat here even if they used COUPONS.... The only thing that I was impressed with was another young lady spoke very loudly with a hey how are yall. The staff didn't even ask us anything about what we would like to order it was a sharp loud rude WE DONT TAKE COUPONS. So my sister and I was in the downtown area for my 3 year old nephew’s dentist appointment at the UAB dentistry. He has been potty training and he really needed to use the restroom and this would be a learning experience. This subway location was the closest restaurant we were at. We walked in and soon realized that the bathrooms required a code from your receipt when you purchased something. So of course we walked out because we were not planning to purchase anything. But a very kind gentleman that was eating in this subway gave us his receipt and told us that we could use it since he didn’t use the restroom. We walked back in and one of the employees screamed at us in front of everyone telling us that we couldn’t use his receipt and was being very rude and it was totally uncalled for. Then another employee told us to go ahead while loudly whispering behind us saying that we can’t follow the rules and that gentleman did it on purpose. I will NEVER come back to this subway probably any subway as a matter of fact. That was absolutely ridiculous and it was very embarrassing and mortifying. If I could give zero stars I would. I came in with a coupon the Iran man did accept my coupon! As he was making my sandwich he was just throwing my vegetables any kind of way on the sandwich! He was not placing them as neat on the sandwich! My coupon came with a chip and drink ! as I was in my second refill he came to side of the drink machine and told me that my coupon only allows one refill keep in mind I’m dining in to eat!! I will not payronize these foreign people who comes from over seas and buying up all the Subways and really making they own rules on how to these coupons!
