As of 01/06/2021 is my second time coming to this location. The first time my experience was pleasant, my food was hot and I didn’t have any issues. However, today I had the absolute worst experience! The employee at the pickup window was rude her attitude wasn’t pleasant at all 🙄 the food was room temperature (both of my pizzas and my pasta) also my order was completely wrong 😑 I did not get what I ordered! I’ve worked fast food in-fact I was a Manager so I know first hand how things can be overwhelming especially when you have a line around the building BUT that doesn’t justify why my food was damn near cold and my order was wrong ! If I pay my money I expect for my food to be hot and correct ! I don’t care about her attitude that’s irrelevant to me but we as the customers shouldn’t experience your negative attitude because YOU don’t want to be at work or your business is busy or whatever the case may be !!! I go here on the regular to work out at Planet Fitness. There is always room and space to work out. It's always clean and fresh inside. Temperature is nice and cool for exercising. Drinks are always available. I do my laundry at the coin wash. Very convenient to pay with a card through a kiosk at this location. The subway is an update store as well.
