This has to be my favorite TB location. Why? Because it started years ago with a fork. Let's jump back to today.. Each time I walk in, I am greeted by a friend. [Forgive me. I don't know his name. I'm sure he's told me many times... I am a fat boy on a mission when I walk in.] He has to be one of the friendliest folks around... forget being at work, nothing at all can diminish his happiness. BOY, THAT SHOWS TOO!!!
Every time I open my box [the germophobe in me thanks you for sealing my box], I am pleasantly surprised by a "work of art". Each item is nestled tidy inside a package of 5$. (Yup! Order on the app and build your own Zak-al-icous Craving Box for 5$.
If I weren't so hungry, so hungry that I am almost crawling to the counter, I would be shamed to eat such a beautiful presentation. But my inner fat boy always wins. UNWRAP THAT FOOD (sang to that TV show "move that bus") Someone please tell me... how does this location always have hot food, great presentation, and friendly associates?? All at once? Every-single-taco-time??
Listen: CEO Bell (Dr Bell?? Prime Minister Bell?? Lady Bell?? [Suddenly I don't know if that position is M or F, or the proper title]) CEO Bell, This. This is how you do it right. When you wanted to run for the border....THIS. THIS LOCATION is the border that you meant. This is the border that all TB locations need to train with. This border does it perfectly. Can anyone be perfect all the time? After all aren't they human??
No. This TB location is staffed by the best TACO NINJA's found this side of Jupiter.
Every Single Person Here Absolutely beautiful.
We now know your secret. #TacoNinjaBham
Thank you all for an incredibly enjoyable afternoon. BTW, the ladies are beautiful!
Don't change a single thing. This is how you do it...
Read moreI don't eat meat and you all were out of black beans. The cashier was extremely rude. When I got to the window, I asked for jalapeños because I forgot to ask for them at the speaker. He (Gabriel) nastily told me to go back to the speaker and order them and closed the window. I opened my bag to check my order for a split second literally, when he reopened the window and stated I needed to move because I was running up his time. There was absolutely no one behind me or at the speaker. I went inside to order the jalapeños to avoid his rudeness again. I attempted to order at the self serve kiosk, but the option to order the jalapeños was not there. I walked to the counter to order, and the same rude Cashier from the drive-thru walked over and nastily stated to me, "I told you to drive back around to the speaker. Coming in here is no different, I still have to wait on you!." He stated that we, the customers, need to learn how to ring up our orders at that kiosk, because there'll no longer be anyone up front to assist us. It was clear that he wanted to argue with me, but I refused to partake. I got my order and exited. The food was sloppily made, cold, and the potatoes were old. The whole visit was an absolute fail. This...
Read moreWe just moved from the East lake area 3 weeks ago back to Southside near this Taco Bell. My disabled son enjoys the bacon burritos for breakfast but since we've moved to Southside this Taco Bell has got our order right one time out of five or six visits for breakfast, dinner has not seemed to be a problem yet. It's basically the same thing every time, two bacon burritos and one hash brown. Today at first she was trying to charge me $8 and some change instead of the $5.47 it normally is. Slam the window and somehow fixed it, but obviously did not confirm the order before she did. After I thought I got that corrected I got home and the burritos are potato, tomato and egg. That's far from a bacon burrito. I don't understand why this one Taco Bell seems to be so incompetent with such a easy order. The drive-thru side of the building seems to also be a little nastier than the front side of the building. It's like people throw their food out all over the parking lot. Not sure if they're dissatisfied customers or what. There's an Arby's right next door, maybe we will start going there. My son likes there croissants. Very disappointed that a simple order cannot be made easily. Oh and by the way I was never...
