Never again. I can't imagine this Zaxby's lasting much longer. I placed an order online to pick up. Sat in the drive-thru for at least 45 minutes. I decided to read reviews while I waited, which lead me to leaving this one after my experience. There were at least 5 cars behind us and someone skipped in line of the person in front of us because there are no barriers. Gave them my name 3 different times before they finally told me I could pull around. Get to the window for our food. Had to tell them we had 2 drinks because they only gave us one. I ordered extra onions and cucumbers for my salad. I checked the salad before driving off and it didn't have cucumbers or onions on it. So I told them I ordered extra and the salad didn't have any on it. Took another 2-3 minutes for them to give me cucumbers (no onions). The whole time we're waiting you can hear one of the employees complaining in the background, "I'm trying to get this line moving and get out of here." Lady hands me a small bag that usually would hold toast. I ask for straws (for the drinks we ordered). Look in the bag and it's cucumbers but still no onions. So I remind the lady I ordered extra onions and didn't get any. The other lady that was complaining in the background earlier, gets hostile and asks me if there is anything else I need. I told her I already mentioned that I needed onions and I'm trying to get everything I paid for. You can tell the morale is down in this place. Oh and I didn't get extra onions by the way, they gave me a tiny little amount that doesn't even look like what you'd get on a regular order. To top it all off, when leaving, we had to wait for cars to move that were going into the drive-thru before we could leave. Noticed my toast was burnt when I got home too. Fast food isn't worth the time or money anymore. Like I said at the beginning, never again....
Read moreDon't use my rewards. When I ordered was a medium fry, five chicken fingers, and eight boneless wings. So I was about 30 minutes late but I did call ahead and they told me they just postpone that order so that worked out but then when I did arrive I came through the drive-thru and I told him hey this is who I am and this is what I ordered and they said it was still cooking to go park in the parking spot over here and then be with me in a minute. 35 minutes later, they came out and said now what was your name again and I told him and I told him what had they said okay yeah it's still cooking, so five chicken fingers, eight boneless wings in a medium fry have been cooking now for 35 minutes according to what they were saying. Now fast-forward another 22 minutes........
22 minutes later, for a total of almost an hour, my food finally came out except it was a lot of food and it was big boxes and I said well I didn't think that I was going to be getting as big boxes that is because as I said all that could have fit in my hand... I didn't think that that ordered I just told you, I didn't think it would have to go in 4 to-go boxes.....
When they handed it to me it sure was heavy for my, so I just inquired about what it was.. My last name of the order number, and what I got was, I got 30 wings ? And they were confused so apparently, I don't know where the mix-up was ordered it online so there was no mistake,.....
So I sent there for right at an hour for what I ordered I want to get the 30 weeks. Now that thinking, we got a better deal, I didn't want a better deal because I couldn't eat the sauces, but at that point I'm not staying for another hour so that you can get it wrong again, so kudos, you messed up a printed order that nobody heard wrong, maybe your fingers just missed that day I don't...
Read moreThis place seems to go through more night managers and staff more than any other place. I don't know what their problem is, but it is NOT getting better. I have had the WORST experiences here over the past year and a half. I'll get so mad at the screwed up order that I take it back and get a refund. I've even gone inside and the LAST time, I waited 45 minutes to get my food. I BLEW UP when the manager had to ask me what I'd ordered after 45 minutes. I told him to give me my money back. I've never EVER seen such poorly trained and lazy employees. I'm not a glutton for punishment. I spoken to the manager, explained the situation, requested a refund and then after about three months, I figure it's safe to go back... NO. It has just gotten worse. I couldn't understand because no other Zaxby's I've visited is like this. Then I discovered they are individually owned. If you file a complaint at their website, they say they will 'route' it to the appropriate location managment... Zaxby's needs to know how bad this place makes them look. It's unfortunate because this place is near my office and I work late many nights... if you go to this particular location, you've been warned. BTW, the order was and has always been my favorite, buffalo chicken tenders with celery. If I manage to get the order completed, it is usually missing pieces or has no celery or has on brown soft stick of what was once celery. I'll get so irritated that I won't come back for three months -hoping it will get better... the last time was the 45+ minute wait --just to get my money back and my blood pressure sent through the ceiling.
