American Deli — Restaurant in Homewood

I usually spend allot of money at this location but I will not waste another penny there after closing early. Time said that they close at 9 but I so happen to make it there at 8:45 and the guy said that they were closed which that bothered me because I spend hundreds of dollars at this place in a month and beside that they weren’t even busy and you mean to tell me that you can’t take care of a LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!! It bothers me. And on that note I’ll take my dollar on to the next best; pretty sure they are loving my business and they close at 10 but don’t close until they clear their line. People are lazy and don’t want to work today. I might as well start cooking at home and sell plates myself!!!! I am really bothered by it; because I am loyal to who I do business with. I mean I’m in line for 5 mins then you come and say some you closed at 8:45pm instead of 9¿ I would have preferred for him to say that he was out of food. Because that crushed me. And I love this location food. But I plan to refer my family and friends to a location where they value there loyal customers more. Because this location has gone from 5 star to No Star but I’m not as heartless so I still given them a 3 star. Though I never mentioned but I’m mentioning now that my lemonade had a baby roach in it one time and I never even broadcasted it because I felt as if they will fix that issue so I gotten a sprite instead and it was flatter than a sheet of paper. So, I remember the first time I ate at American 🇺🇸 Deli. It was at Century Plaza Mall in Birmingham, Alabama. Food was good back then and still is now.

My friends and I decided to go here for lunch today. The eatery will always get a five star rating from me. If company has more than two location it is doing something right. Below are pros, cons, and pic’s.

If I’m calling to add something or correct something I need y’all to answer the phone. We’re your patrons. We keep you in business! Answer the phone and go to Atlanta to learn how to do basic hot wings. And no wings are dry! Tf how is it I order garlic pepper and the wings are dry like y’all don’t add butter to it?! It’s so odd. Lemon pepper and other sauces are always supposed to be wet just add butter and the seasoning that’s it! Ugh so annoying.
