I'm disappointed. This place did NOT exceed my expectations as a 4.8 restaurant. I ordered two meal dishes thinking it was enough to share with my daughter. We could go split on both. One dish was $15 the other around the same price. It took long enough for my daughter to use the restroom and then me after, to me walking to my car, charging my phone, sitting in it for a little bit, walking back with my phone still charging in the car, and fighting with a mosquito (we got bite multiple times) for them to FINALLY come out with our meals. When he placed the food on the table he said that "they did not get the food delivery truck so they did not have the burrito wrap", and instead of my burrito, he gave me PLAIN 4 little taquitos!!!!!!!! I wissssshhhh they were honest and open in communication with me when i ordered and let me know BEFORE they cooked the food. I felt pressured to eat it because they already prepared it without my being aware that it was not the dish i ordered. I WISH I TOOK A PHOTO but my phone was in the car charging and I didnt think to get it. I hesitated thinking, "FIRST OF ALL, the burrito was supposed to come with stuff on the side like the photo looked like. It was just 4 PLAIN TAQUITOS-- LITERALLY!!! $15 (because I paid the $2 extra for the side sauce) for 4 plain taquitos. Didn't have lettuce or anything else inside or on the side. Just 4 little plain taquitos for fifteen dollars!!!??? 🤯🤯🤯 They already made the food, so I just left it. Inwas really uoset and bothered by that, though. The pesto sandwich was the only one I was satisfied with. It was a full dish with a little side salad and it was tasteful. With that on top of my whiskey drink and a kids drink, the total came out to $47 with some change. I tipped them a dollar each because that's about the only tip they really deserved. 4 little taquitos and a sandwich with salad took a whole 20 min??? Maybe even longer! Not to mention NONODY ELSE was in the restaurant!!! We were there on a weekday a little right before dinner time. We literally had the whole place to ourselves. I'll also say, the doors were locked when we arrived. They came and said something about "just arriving from a kid's birthday party" or something weird like that. We should have just left after that. Smh Totally disappointed and unsatisfied. Even my daughter wasn't happy that I chose to stay there, she wanted to go somewhere else, but i wanted to give this place a try. I definitely regretted it. We were both still hungry afterwards that I ended up stopping by a gas station and buying a quick ready-to-go snack for our travel back home. CRAZY. I hope the owner or manager sees this because our experience was UNEXCEPTABLE. Absolutely unexceptable. If we ever go back to Bisbee to visit, we will NOT be going back to this restaurant----- EVER.
Food quantity did not meet my expectations. 👎 Service did not meet my expectations. 👎 Atmosphere was pretty, but i gave it two stars for all of the mosquitos there. They were literally feasting on us. It was not a comfortable visit. 👎👎 Overall rating: 1 🌟

After reading other people's reviews, I am definitely bummed out that we did not get the same top-quality customer service like they did. The two workers who served us were 2 kids. Looked almost like teenagers. One girl with a weird (and scary, according to my daughter) painted smiley face, and a male (or "they") with long painted finger nails. I wish we had gone on another day. They literally ruined our experiences there....

Housed in an older building, the restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and filled with character, providing a unique backdrop for your meal.
During my visit, I had the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes and beverages. Each plate was thoughtfully prepared and delightfully tasty, showcasing the kitchen's attention to detail and passion for good food. The prices were in line with what you might expect from other dining establishments in the area, offering good value for money.
The service, while notably warm and welcoming, faced challenges due to staffing limitations. At around 1pm on a Wednesday, the restaurant was managed by just one server. Despite this, he made every effort to ensure that each guest was attended to, frequently reassuring diners with a polite, "I'll get to you as soon as I can." His dedication to providing a positive dining experience was evident, even as he juggled multiple tables.
Overall, my visit to Main Street Bistro left a favorable impression. The restaurant's charm, combined with its well-prepared dishes, made for an enjoyable meal. The staffing issue, though noticeable, was handled with professionalism and should not deter anyone from experiencing this gem in Bisbee.
