Classic Rock Couture — Local services in Bisbee

I recently made a purchase from "Claire", the owner of "Classic Rock Couture". The item came in at an acceptable time frame and is in the suze that I ordered.... But " Buyer Beware!!!"... The stipulations for a return/exchange are clear. The size of the item purchased was tried on and unfortunately did not fit (Unfortunately when buying on line you don't exactly know how an item will fit until it arrives and you try it on. At this point you put your trust in the buyer/seller agreement. You hope that the seller will honor their own terms of the sale agreement... not so with "Claire" of "Classic Rock Couture")

"Claire" of "Classic Rock Couture" has been contact by email several times (5) with absolutely not a single response to any of my cries for help and assistance. Roughly $175 placed into "Claires" pocket of "Classic Rock Couture" and I can't even garner a whisper of a response... I've informed her that I don't even want my money back... I only want a different size... a correctly fitting size... But what do you care, right "Claire" of "Classic Rock Couture"???... You got your money... what do you care????

So any one who takes the time to read this...Don't waste your time, money, and energy on giving this joke of a businer owner/business any of your time.

I'm going to make it my personal responsibility to make sure that I post this exact message to as many people thru "etsy" and as many other online retailers and sources of online media that I can find to stomp on the poor business practices of "Claire" of "Classic Rock...

This review is about service, mainly. Product (Dolly Bomber Jacket) is adorable. But, I cannot stand lack of transparency.

The bomber jackets offer no info on fiber content, which creates an issue for an active person that wants to know how to care for the product in which they are investing.

The shop states 'dry clean only' but I took a chance and hand washed it, submerging it entirely in water. I carefully patted it dry, then let it air-dry in a room that has a dehumidifier. It's perfect, shiny, and the colors are true as they were. No shrinking.

But, the owner advised it 'gets dark when wet'. That just isn't the case; plus, you are losing sales from people like me, who want to have something practical. I'm not a mom, but are all the moms out there dry-cleaning this polyester jacket? Just wondering. (Also, there are knock-offs of these jackets, but I don't want a...

I did everything that I could to make Classic Rock Couture hate me, but they still refused. During my latest trip to Bisbee, my friend and I stopped here and purchased some clothing. Long story short, they were happy to print a design the same day for me in the size that I wanted. Even after coming back multiple times in the same day due to us being unsure about what sizes we were most happy with, they were extremely accommodating and offered to let us try new things and switch out any items we already purchased.
