I was very disappointed with my experience at Killer Bee Guyâs store in Bisbee. The business model relies on killing wild bees and then reselling the honey, which feels both wasteful and harmful to pollinator populations. There are humane alternativesâsuch as live extractions and requeeningâthat would allow bees to be relocated and preserved rather than destroyed. We settled on the orange and lemon to bring home. They were a little pricey but we felt welcome and were told so many stories by the killer guy that it was worth the price.    Read moreLoved the honey and the selection, but I will tell anyone I can to avoid this location. My entire family has been very careful for the last year regarding covid and none of us caught it. This is the one store we went to in the last few weeks and we all managed to get Covid. They don't sanitize anything, and the clerk will get right in your face while talking without a mask.
