Briana Coble I think we got the same guy today and he was extremely rude with us as well. My husband and I went in last friday to purchase new vapes. The gentleman who helped us was great tho he did kind of make us feel like we were sold either an item we really didn't need or didn't explain to us why it would be best to use the item. Anyway, we went in today because the item we were feeling like we were conned into buying wasn't working. The young skinny guy with the speech impediment was extremely rude when informing us he has to "prove it to his own eyes that it doesn't work properly before he will even consider an exchange." This shops return policy is absolute bull! Even with a reciept you cannot return an item unless its defective and that is only for exchange upon manager approval, not a return or a store credit. I understand things like liquids, tanks, ect cannot be returned but a battery charger? WITH a reciept that is only a few days old with the product in brand new condition in the original box? I call bullshit!
This guy was extremely rude, did his absolute best to ignore us and our questions till i stood directly in front of him and would not get out of his field of vision till he answered me. He was condescending and almost seemed hostile. I will NEVER EVER buy another thing in this store or from their company online again. I will travel to Mandan to go the the vape shop their or will order online first.

Read moreI'm just getting into vaping and came into the store recently, and on my way to the counter a female employee with dark hair and green tips gave me a really bad look at me like I killed her cat or something, so I scurried out of the store. After a few hours of some other shopping around I came back and she was busy with another customer and another employee greeted me with open arms and a hand shake. He introduced himself as Carson, which is very respectful and genuine through my eyes. Since I'm new to vaping Carson answered all the questions I had without frustration and detail. Carson then didn't just tell me but showed me how to use them correctly, how to refill them, and how to charge them (I'm fresh out of the bag with vaping). At the end of out lengthy, but very enjoyable conversation and learning experience I purchased a Aspire Breeze with some "The Dunk" vape juice, and before I left Carson gave me a final firm handshake and I left with a smile on my face. I'm glad I didn't get helped by the other gal, because I feel like she would've possibly stabbed me with her eyes. I would've given this review a 4 star, but because the store was so unique and clean, and because Carson helped me so much with helping me learn about vaping and get a good vape pen, I give this store a 5 star. Read moreFriendly, knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome from beginning to end. But the most amazing part of my experience started after the sale. The following day I realized the credit card I used was missing. I immediately called the store and spoke with Alexis, the Regional Manager. She didn’t simply take a quick look and tell me it wasn’t there, she went above and beyond by asking her staff if they found it all while showing a care and concern that I appreciated. She even offered to keep an eye out for it. This may sound like a small thing but it speaks volumes to me that Alexis and her entire staff make customer service and satisfaction a priority that is rare with many businesses today. We both enjoyed a good laugh when I stopped in to make my next purchase and to personally thank her when I sheepishly told her I found it....IN MY WALLET! I just put it in a different place behind a different card! This experience and of course their quality products at reasonable prices has earned them all of my vaping business for life! I recommend them to everyone I know. 5 stars is not nearly enough!...
