Accidentally placed an order for the wrong store as am currently out of town and the person that answered the phone apparently could not figure out how to cancel the order. Some unknown person apparently “forgot their Pizza Portal number and whoever was at the register at the time didn’t bother asking said person what the name on the order was to prevent someone stealing an order that wasn’t under their name. The guy that I talked to said I could cancel the order on my end through the online receipt, but there was no “cancel order” button or “refund” button option. I worked at a Pizza Hut and when someone wanted to have and order canceled we would need to call our store support number to have them cancel the order and start the refund process. Read moreNormally, I don’t give a good review at all when my order doesn’t seem right. However, I ordered three things. I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was fantastic. I ordered breadsticks which my wife says were fantastic. However, I did order some jalapeño and bacon cheese sticks. Now I have been eating there for years and always ordered pepperoni cheese sticks, which do not have pizza sauce on them. They either have no sauce or there’s garlic butter on the bottom I don’t know they are just great. Today however I ordered jalapeño bacon cheese sticks and they were made with pizza sauce. Very disappointed did not care for them. Had to throw them out. Am I wrong that they should not have had pizza sauce on them?
