So…I made a mistake when I ordered on the app. Wrong store, delivery to a separate address. I called immediately to let them know I needed to pick up instead of sending a driver out, only to be placed on hold abruptly for TEN minutes without any sort of acknowledgment. After listening to the ridiculous corporate schpeel for too long, I decided to hang up & call back for the same thing. By this time, the order was already put for delivery. When the employee finally came back on the line, I explained what had happened & he was extremely rude & condescending & said ‘I don’t know how you could have done that. We’re all separate stores.’ Obviously, Evan. Thank you. I messed up. Had I not been placed on hold for close to 18 minutes total, it would have been an easy breezy 1-minute fix. All I needed was to know how to intercept the order because I admitted my fault, apologized & needed the order since it was paid for & prepared. The driver came back & was the absolute sweetest. She put the delivery bag on the ground to give me my order & apologized - to which I told her she had nothing to apologize for because it was my fault. I gave her a tip & Evan came out of the store barking at her that he didn’t ‘want a complaint’ because of how she handed it to me. I told him she’s great - but he’s the one getting a complaint. Instead of apologizing for HIS rudeness, he argued with me. In the parking lot. He kept going & I actually had to remind him that he was arguing with a customer in the parking lot, otherwise he wasn’t stopping. C’mon, man. I hope you find your customer service Jesus, Evan. You have no business operating phones or customer operations until you do. So, this generous one star is for you, Evan. Not the restaurant or the poor employees working with you. Read moreWent to pizza hut tonight,was greeted in another language, found out it was an Islamic greeting that meant peace this employee and another (Both males) continued to asked (better word taunt) as why I didn't know what they were saying & why I didn't understand what they were saying, and why it bothered me that they said it didn't bother me just didn't know what they were saying showed the peace sign and said that's how we say it here, upset me went to my car was just going to leave, , didn't have my phone or dog lease had Opel with, should of had Ruby returned ,manager now there, ask what's the problem, tells the 2 employees to exit- other employee tells her (vagley) what happen,she asked me what I wanted said just my pizzas- she apologized (unforgivingly) then I commented with disbelief this was happening -her comments made me curse and she ask me not to return cuz my language wasn't apporiate,FUNNY- this happened cuz I didn't understand a foreign language - not kidding I felt very uncomfortable...
Read moreI had to call twice and I don't think that anyone would have to call that many times just for one thing that a person wants to order. Im surprised that this pizza hut is still open to tell you the truth because there customer service sucks. I walk into the store, and I had to wait atleast 5 min for them to know that I was there, the girl asked me my name and then told me its going to be a few minutes. which is fine. But then kindof looking around seeing how there work flow is going. I did not really approve. There was a girl that had skinny jeans on with a short cut top shirt, that does not even covor her stomach or anything, then she got a drink and went on to cooking the pizza WITH HER HAIR NOT TIED BACK. I used to work in the food business and that was the number one rule is to put your hair back. This is why this store is going very down hill.
