I recently sent in a description of an incident of what I felt was rude customer service. I was called the next morning and I felt very appreciative of the manager's words to me and her thanks of reporting to her, so that the establishment could better itself when issues like this arise. I was offered a free pizza certificate, which I said was unnecessary, but through insistence, I did accept graciously. The incident that originally took place was when I called in an order that had a coupon available for its use. After hearing the time the pick-up would be ready, I headed over to the location to grab the pizza. As I was telling the cashier my order, I also mentioned the coupon and presented it with my card, which I explained on the phone to a male worker that I had for the deal. The cashier responded with her be disgruntled, "You know you can tell them on the phone you have a coupon?!" This was done with a condescending tone, as if it were my fault. I smiled and said I did mention it, but I wasn't asked for any type of code or to even bring it in, and I was awaiting a response, but instead she kept her head down in what seemed annoyance, and then handed me my pizza and was quick to move on to the next customer. I usually never complain, I just let things go, and try and enjoy what I have from any establishment. However, I find it necessary to voice that I returned with my certificate yesterday to pick up a pepperoni pizza for a quick dinner meal around 5:15pm. I encountered the same young girl, except this time there was no wait and only one customer behind me. Again, she came off as very cold and non-receptive towards me. In this instance she had to hand a pre-made pizza, no ‘work’ truly involved, and she seemed as though the world was being requested of her. There was still no eye contact and a much pinpointed unappreciative tone in her voice. I've worked in fast food before, I know it's stressful and can be unfulfilling at times, but this young lady seems very displeased and unhappy...
Read moreOverall, good pizza when time restraints you. However, stay away from the North store. The employees there are rude, disrespectful and display absolute disdain for the customer. Point in question, I went there and ordered 2 cheese pizza's. After 30 minutes if waiting, I inquired as to there whereabouts. The gal I asked said, "oh, they are coming out of the oven now." Meanwhile, the girl who took my order and put the pizza's in the oven, walks away and starts sweeping the floor in the front, with customers waiting for their order. Back to the other girl. She brings one cheese pizza out and says, "it will be a few more minutes." At which point, just before she returned with the news, a guy comes in for a door dash order. I then said to the gal,"excuse me, how can two pizza's be ordered at the same time, but only one comes out?"She then says, "I don't know, I just got here. Would you like a refund." I said, absolutely! I summarize that the other pizza was given to the door dash guy so he could leave with the order he was delivering. Even though I was there roughly 10 mins before he even showed up. On, and by the way, the lady who was sweeping the Libby chimed in, "they have to go through the oven, geez." Which prompted me to reply, "precisely, but go they should have, together, as I placed the order with you, at the same time." She then muttered something I couldn't hear and I took my one pizza and refund, and left. This unprofessionalism made me vow to never return there again. If you know what I know folks, if I was you, I wouldn't even give them the chance. Ide go to the South store which is very courteous and...
Read moreHonestly the only reason the food is at 4 is because the prices are really good the customer service and employees that work there couldn't care less if they helped someone. I don't think I've been greeted their ever. Everyone there seems that hate their job and it is very evident. I think someone in management needs me that job a lot more enjoyable and fun because that's how those types of jobs are supposed to be especially when there's a lot of younger people working there
The biggest thing that catches me off guard when I have went there is the inability to have a working AC, when the temp at the store is pegged at 90 degrees every other time I'm there. It shows the management/ownership or property management isn't doing their part. I came imagine someone thinking employees will enjoy exhaustive temps like that. I have worked in restaurants before in my life especially as a line cook where temperatures were well over a hundred degrees but we knew in those locations that if we got too hot we could go to the cooler locations like up front or in some of the break rooms where it was 70°. When I go there the employees already seemed very unhappy or not very driven then after the fact that the temperatures are oppressive it just isn't a conducive work environment. Ownership and property Management need to get this figured out otherwise they're going to lose...
