I want to start off by saying that it's extremely disappointing that this business seems to not care about our community, as they do not require dine-in patrons to wear masks. It was frustrating when I walked in tonight with a maskless group directly behind me. The group in question was an adult male with two preteen kids. One of the kids had an awful, hacking cough, and he was covering his coughs with his hand. I'm asthmatic, myself, and because of that I've only recently considered things to be safe enough for me to pick up take-out food. It seems that I must rethink that decision. That said, I have ordered take-out from Sickies twice within the past couple of weeks, and both times, the food has been seriously awesome and the employees have all been extremely helpful, friendly, and upbeat! I work in food service and I know that it can be trying at times (if not downright upsetting and stressful). I know how difficult it can be to keep a smile upon one's face during busy times, especially during a holiday like Valentine's Day, when you're slammed but every patron wants prompt service so they can get home to other things, lol! This evening, I ordered online, but they happened to be out of the pretzel bites that were part of my order. They tried calling me, but I was out getting groceries and didn't notice the missed call. I was helped by an employee named Randy, and he was SO understanding of the fact that I'd missed their call. He cancelled and refunded my order so he could re-ring it into the system to get me fresh food! I had another errand to run, so I left and came back again, and my food was fresh, hot, and ready to go! And everything tasted amazing!!! Thanks so much, Randy, and the rest of the Sickie's Crew! You guys rock and I appreciate you!

Read moreMy boyfriend and I went to Sickies for dinner at 8 p.m. - and it wasn't busy at all. The hostess was great; Friendly and timely! We sat and waited for our waitress for almost 10 minutes before she came over to get our drink order then shortly after came and got our food orders. I ordered boneless wings with fries and my boyfriend got a burger and fries- pretty standard for the establishment. When we got our food, my wings were extremely cold and they did not look right. It looked like they had been sitting out for an hour. They also were barely sauced in buffalo sauce. I mentioned to our waitress extremely politely that my wings were cold and she said she would get a new order in. She came over about 5 minutes later and said that they would be out in 3 minutes. 45 minutes later, they never came out. We asked for the check - which took 10 minutes to get, and again it was NOT busy- and she said they should be almost ready and we could just take them to go. I mentioned I was extremely upset and I didn't want them anymore, paid the bill, and we left. The most upsetting part is that she truly didn't seem to care that the food was terrible. Read moreNormally my wife and I love this place but the service on Sunday 08/25 at 3:45-4:00 was abysmal. We ordered two burgers and shakes to go, the bartender took our orders, waited until we gave our receipt (with a 20% tip), then proceeded to give us our shakes, that were both missing half the ingredients and were only ~50% full. We thought, whatever, it's just a shake, not the end of the world. Then, we noticed that about 10 minutes after we ordered, there was a bag with 2 boxes in it on the counter. There were 7 waiters/waitresses working, a supervisor, and two bartenders but that bag (that turned out to be our food), sat on that counter for 25 minutes. The two bartenders were distracted talking to each other and 3 of the 7 waiters/waitresses were on their phones. There were only 3 tables full and 4 people sitting at the bar. There was nearly more employees present than customers. I'm not usually one to get this in-depth with a review but our food was cold by the time we got it.
