I just had a bizarre experience. I came at two in the afternoon. I ordered a chicken chalupa supreme, chicken quesadilla and a chili cheese burrito. The first weird part is when they took my credit card then asked me to pull forward to the door. There were 0 cars behind me. When I pulled around I could see a couple waiting to order. My food came out very quickly, so I have no idea at all why they asked me to pull forward, especially without returning my card until they brought the food to me out the front door. Weird, but alright. At least I got my card and my food.
Then I tried the food. The chalupa had no sour cream but was bizarre because it had more cheese than could even fit in the chalupa. It was enough cheese for literally ten chalupas. It was very odd. I ended up throwing most of it away.
Then I tried the quasadilla. The cheese wasn’t melted and the chicken was cold even though it had only been a few minutes since I got it. I don’t think the chicken was ever warm in the first place.
Then I tried the chili cheese burrito. I took a picture of it but Google apparently doesn’t want you to post pictures on iOS. It felt very light and after my first bite you could see literally nothing hit shell. I opened it up and it had a tiny thin smear of chili and a little bit of cheese. It was like they went out of their way to put as little chili as humanly possible on there while still technically including it. Considering that’s supposed to be most of the burrito, all I really got was a shell with a tiny bit of cheese. Needless to say I threw this away as well. I can’t even remember the last time I received...
Read morePlaced a pick up order around 11:46 called in spoke to a manager who said he would make sure the order was completed we drove up to the restaurant at 12:50 there was a line of customers the heavier set white guy was dismissing every customer saying they could not take any more orders even though it wasn’t quite 1:00. Once we arrived to the window to pick up our order it was 12:59 the heavier set white guy deliberately went to the side to avoid us we had to tap on the window just to get his attention. He walked over with an attitude and told us there was nothing that he could do for us and that they weren’t taking our order. We asked him to get a manager after 5 minutes of debating an order that we placed 20 minutes prior the manager finally comes to the window he says yes I spoke with you but your order never came up and since it’s past 1:00 there’s nothing we can do. Finally a short woman named Valerie said she was the stores manager and that we not only needed to leave the drive thru but that she was not going to accommodate us in any way. Rudest employees I’ve ever came across. Crazy thing is we always tip graciously and would have left a nice tip to whoever gave us our order that we placed. I was disgusted by the woman’s unprofessionalism and attitude. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but I expected so much more we’ve been driving on the road for over 10 hours and this was the last open place for food. If I could give this rating 0 stars I would but it requires 1! Word of advice if you have to have taco bell go to the other...
Read moreThis place is the reason I go to Taco John's now. The customer service is awful. There are times where the store will be nearly empty and one or two customers inside will have to wait 10-15 minutes just for an employee to greet them. I have no issue with fast food places not being able to take an order right away if they're busy or the drive-thru is too busy, but when there's a line of people waiting and the employee is on his phone, it does not bode well for the company's image. I think my favorite interaction here was my girlfriend and I went there to get Icee's, we ordered and it was ready to go fairly quickly after that. The guy called me over and knocked over my Icee, all over the counter and said "Sorry" and turned around immediately, going to the back of the store, leaving my Icee as a mess on the counter and no employees nearby. We were the only people there and the drive-thru was empty, I don't really understand why he had to be so rude and callous. I would recommend going to any other Taco joint or even just the other Taco Bells in town if you want a...
