Natural Grocers — Local services in Bismarck

It's good for Bismarck. This store has the largest selection of natural and organic foods and body care products in town, and I really appreciate it! But it's a whole lot of prepackaged foods that have a lot of ingredients that might conflict with various diets. They should have a much better frozen vegetable section, and their meat doesn't stay in stock. The produce is not local, so it has the same problem as every other grocery store in town: it's not that fresh. There are only a few things I'll actually regularly buy here since my diet must be so strict. I prefer the Co-op's local organic produce selection, and Terry's has more food and supplement options suited to my diet. Their body care section is so smelly that it gives me a headache. Dear manager, please stock up on items in time for sales. I went May 22 an hour from opening and the 23rd at 1pm and neither times did you have the mustard or the raisins in stock. You also forgot to mark the sardines as 2 for $3 when I purchased them. The reason for my post is this isn't the first time this happens. It happened during the chocolate truffle sale, braggs seasoning sale, attitude hair products week long sale, I could go on. Your emails are to attract customers by marketing sales and it is deceiving that multiple times you don't provide the products because you order very few, or an order isn't made at all. Great organic options. Provide a good selection. Prices are on the higher side for things like meat, eggs and dairy. Have a good selection of packages spices for a decent price. Staff is friendly. Clean store but super cold. Would be curtious if people waited their turn at the waiting line area for next cashier(like at TJ Maxx), instead of crowding first person at checkout, to give person more time to put their groceries away. Cashier's should wait for customer to finish bagging/putting groceries away before calling/checking out next person as it creates a "you're done get out of the way" vibe.
