McClain's at First & Main — Restaurant in Blacksburg

Today I decide to take my girlfriend and my tree daughters witch one of the is only 4 months old McCain to the movies and before that I tell them let’s go to this restaurant McClain’s and as son we walk in the restaurant was totally empty around 3:20 pm I though well that give me enough time to take my kids to the movies then with seat down and as soon we seat down the server was like what do you want to drink I say we haven’t even look at the menu I says give time to se and he say o no we have coke product I was like ok maybe hi is in a rush and we decide to get two ice teas one chocolate milk and a apple Juice the server spell the hole 22 oz ice tea on me ,my 4 year old and my 4 months old baby she was at sleep in her car seat and she was all full of ice and tea and she wake up crying then we diced to move to a different table then 10 more minutes más we finally got our drinks then we order our food at this point no manager came to check on us at all then we order two pizza and loaded potato’s chili beans side of coslaw and a hotdog our movie was schedule to be @4:07 pm right at 4:30 we got our food and we start to eat I decide to put ketchup and mustard to my hotdog so I open the bottle and water came out of the bottles disgusting pizza was burn top and bottom the chilly was bad old everything was bad most of all the service and poor poor management at this point 4:37 nobody came to our table to check on us so I say we have to go and I got up and went to the bar and I ask the bartender if I could please could talk to the manager she say sure I’ll Be back and 5 minutes later she say hi will be right with you and I se this guy and trust me when o tell you this this guy needs big time training I felt very very mistreat at the end I got up again for my check because the server was nowhere to be found or the manager so I end up paying for everything and the management sucks didn’t se him no more no No apologies was given or nothing it’s so sad how the restaurant business is now in days( I’m so glad that my managers are the restaurants are well trained in all my stuff as well) there’s no way that I will come back here and bring my family very...

The judgement of these kids is unmeasurable. Always passing judgement on the slightest things. Gossiping and getting revenge. They are truly unethical ignorant and nothing like us. They're bringing down this country and are a microcosm of what's wrong with it. Can't get basic service without being judged from a lack of knowledge and childish rebellion. It’s a shame that the service is so terrible, because the space is awesome. We came here to watch NFL football, and learned upon entering that the kitchen was turning over from brunch, so food wouldn’t be ready until 2:30 or later. Why would a sports bar not serve food during prime NFL time? We decided to stay and enjoy a drink. However, we never saw a waiter in our bowling lane(after 1 hour of waiting).
