Do you need to be sure that your drink is made correctly and you don't have a lot of time? Starbucks addicts take note: locations in this area vary quite wildly when it comes to accuracy and quality of your order. We have found that this First & Main location is the best of them. Not to say others are bad but first off... this has a drive-thru. THANK YOU. Also the staff here is efficient, friendly and helpful. Go ahead, ask them for something extra or order a drink with seven modifiers. They won't blink. They will just smile and get it right. You can also order ahead on the app here. If you are headed inside, there is plenty of parking. The lot IS a little tight so watch out for big SUVs going the wrong way. I went to order starbucks online from the one on UCB, but it said it would be a 45 minute wait, so I decided to order from the starbucks on south main and drive an extra 10 minutes, because it was only a 20 minute wait. I ordered at 3:39 and my first drink was ready by 4pm. However, after waiting an additional 20 minutes, I went and asked the man working (looks like general manager). He was nice, but the other workers would not even look at me or apologized for the delay etc. I am extremely disappointed because this wasted not only a 10 minute drive, but 20 minutes additionally waiting and I received no apology for the delay. Apparently, even using the app to order ahead, the starbucks baristas cannot for the life of them seem to read the modifications on my drink. That, or they just straight up ignore them, and it doesn't matter which store I go to, either. I don't like blonde espresso, so every time, I ask for signature, and every time they give me blonde.
