I had originally taken down my previous review, but after hearing that multiple of my friends have dealt with the same thing I decided to put it back up. I used to order from them all the time until I had to terrible experience when it came to customer service and my food. Back a couple months ago, I had got told âI canât stand you âwhite Americansâ racism at its finest. I was literally trying to explain to the man that I had already paid for my food, I did not yell or talk to him in a disrespectful manner at all. He continued to talk to me in an aggressive manner, telling me I need to watch my tone (I had no tone) he told me I was drunk (was not and I donât drink at all) and also said âI canât stand you white Americansâ i simply was trying to explain that I had already paid for my food and was just trying to have it picked up. I had to have someone else get on the phone with him cause he just acted so angry. He told me to cash app him the money after I had already paid for my food and then he would give me my food. I called the next day to tell the manager and he was not happy. Well I had another experience where I had paid for my food and they refused to give it to me. I have not ordered food from there since. I think a lot could be fix if employees could learn how to talk to customers. I have managed multiple restaurants before and I can say that kind of behavior would nvr be tolerated towards a customer! How to you tell a customer that has already paid that they need to cash app âyouâ being the employee the money so they can get their food! Like I said this situation happened twice where I had paid and I was refused my own food! My friend had an employee call her fat and come at her in an aggressive manner. I suggest this place get better employees that know a little something about manners! You donât use racial remarks and call your customers fat! Like Iâm baffled how some of the people there treat their customers. I can say that when I did call the manager about my situation, the first time, he did not seem happy that his employee had done that. He was actually very nice, and he talked me in a very calm manner and told me that he was in the wrong. I really feel that if the manager or whoever runs this place got better employees they would keep customers, but Iâm beyond baffled that someone called my friend fat. The exact words used âyou Americans always fatâ Working in the restaurant business from my experience youâre going to have bad days and itâs going to piss you off, but you canât take it out on your customers. Using racial remarks, you should instantly get fired and degrading a customer I would fire you on the spot. I used to manage multiple restaurants like I said.    Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. Absoultely terrible experience. Driver refused to drop off delivery at my door and wanted me to meet him in a parking lot close by instead. I was on a work call and told driver I couldnt come find him and I would appreciate it if he could just do a contactless delivery. Driver got really angry and threatened to throw away my food and if I didnt come to him immediately. Used profane and vulgar language. I paused my client call and went to meet him. He continued insulting me and proceeded to take pictures of me on his iphone. When I asked why he said so he can remember what I looked like for when he gets off work, seemingly threatening he would come back later to inflict physical violence. I immediately called Roma Pizza and spoke to a manager named Mo. Mo pretty much ignored what I had to say, gave a curt sorry, and immediately hung up. Since the driver who threatened me had both my address and photos of me, I filed a police report. Needless to say I wont be eating at Roma ever again after giving them a lot of business and will not encourage anyone else to give these folks...

When asked why it wasnât ready he said they only had one driver. I said but we are picking up. He said Iâm the only one here and we are really busy?? No one was in restaurant and if he was busy he could have given later pick up time. We have ordered in person before and they tell us 10 minutes so basically the order wasnât ready.
