Store is dirty. (Well today it was) everyone behind the counter was confused about ONE persons ONE sandwich. He was visibly annoyed. I was the only one at the register waiting to place an order. I had to wait at least 3 minutes while 4 people tried to figure out what they did wrong to ONE sandwich. While standing there I noticed that the store was pretty dirty and there were at least 6 people working. Maybe 5 people in the lobby and no lines. I ordered my food and went to my car to grab my camera so I could take pictures of the store. When I returned (less than 60 seconds) my food was waiting on the counter. I took a picture of the shake machine mess, and when they saw me take a picture, they suddenly wanted to clean up, and were around the corner whispering about me. Got my food home, and sure enough it was old, not hot, and well, not good at all. My little pieces of pie were melted to the side of the container. Not sure if management changed at this store, or what happened, but they aren’t close to be what they were before. Think I’ll go to McDonald’s next time, after all it’s only a block away. The silver stained thing you see in the picture is the front of their tea urn. Who would want to drink tea from that? Update: I don’t know why I continue to occasionally go to this place for something to eat. Today the manager at the drive thru was just RUDE. He cut me off 3 times while I placed my order. Was curt and just not nice at all. When I got to the window and tried to speak to him, he said “I am not rude, it’s called being short handed and trying to work”. I explained that I work in the industry too, and I get it, but still…. Then he cut me off and said I am not rude. I asked his name and he proudly announced to me that his name was Rich. Rich Johnson. What a totally rude and nasty experience. He made sure not to give me A receipt so I couldn’t do the survey, that they so proudly display at the speaker. This place is garbage. Read moreA friends post: Very disappointed. I should have walked out after seeing the bathroom. Our feet stuck to the floor, the bathroom mirror was broken off wall, and there was no way to dry our hands (no paper towel and drier was broken). I told abby we're could grab napkins to dry, not a big deal (trying to be positive!). Got to the counter (literally only person in store besides workers), told the gal I think the 2 for$10 meal deal is better than paying for a regular cheeseburger, fries and a drink. How cool is that!? She looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. I asked if she could have them not put onions on one and no bun on the other. Again, I got the look, but saw she typed it in. I was given our cups, and my daughter was so excited to get lemonade. Found there was no ice. I turned and said there's no ice, could you help? Again, got the look. The manager came up, said he forgot to refill and would get it now. Yeah ice! Now, no lemonade :( no anything. Nothing comes out of the machine but about 1/4"of who knows what. Turn to them and ask if they could help, maybe just fill the drinks behind the counter. Again..... you guessed it, I got the look. Meanwhile 2 cook's were loudly making our food, throwing f-bombs out like water, making a big deal about my no bun order. They threw our order tray on the counter.
I finally said....." I'd like my money back now. Here's why. Bathroom is dirty and lacking supplies. The pop machine is out of order and no one seems to want to help me. That man back there is loudly criticizing our food he is making while swearing in front of my 7 year old. I am the only one in here. We can hear him"
He yells "it's not my f-ing job out there".
I repeat "i want my money back and we'll get our dinner elsewhere. "

Read moreUpdate 8-12-25: I was wrong. Once again like always... They have closed the lobby and they've closed the drive-thru with NO employees or employee vehicles in the parking lot and no lights on this time 1 hour earlier than it was supposed to at midnight when I showed up at 11:00 p.m.
Update 7-8-25: The morning manager or possibly owner? Has heard these concerns and issues and has implemented action and corrections, with a smile on her face I might add. She seems to be determined to turn things around with a positive can-do attitude, which is a good sign for sure. She has convinced me good things are coming. Time will be the ultimate decider however. (‾▿‾) ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ ƪ(‾.‾“)┐ I hate to do it... But this place definitely deserves a 1 star review.
Wow, So... So many things are wrong at this location... Honestly too many to list, and for FAR too long. Anything you can think that could go wrong... Can and will go wrong here. Just stay away. Don't eat here.
Their most recent trick: Leaving the restaurant completely unattended 3 hours before closing time while still appearing to be taking orders via the drive through, creating a lot of confusion in the drive through lane.
