I scheduled an appointment for dip powder. When I went in, the male worker had me pick a color from the dip book. I picked a color out and he showed me a completely different color polish… not dip. I explained that this was not the color I picked and that I wanted dip. He ended up giving me an acrylic fill and gel polish over the top of my existing dip powder nails. I have no idea why he did an acrylic fill as this is not what I scheduled and I had verbally told him multiple times I wanted dip powder. The color was nice, but you can see the previous neon pink on the sides and underneath of my nails. I called after to explained that this is not what I scheduled or wanted and that I would like my money back for the appointment. I was belittled, told I was acting like a teenager and they refused to give the refund unless I went into the store in person. I explained that I do not feel comfortable going back into the store (especially after how they were speaking to me on the phone) and that I could send photos if they needed but again was told no. They will sand your nails down to absolutely nothing if you don't say something and even if you say something they will find a way to make it like you don't know what you are talking about. I wish I could post a picture of this terrible shaving I didn't ask for. In fact I specifically asked the nail tech. NOT to damage my nails because I've been working really hard on growing them out. I also had to ask several times for him not to be so rough. Durring my daughter and my pedicures I asked her tech abour paraffin wax she said yes but when I asked my nail tech about it she denied me the service regardless of it being included in the package I chose. I guess the part that sucks the most is the careless customer service and disregard to provide services as listed. Care Nails up the way on Lexington will be my choice from now on....

I was told that this place was really good by a friend and her nails were really pretty I was really excited to try it.Well… whoever did my nails sucked. The gel polish is already coming off there’s dots that aren’t painted on the design and there really bumpy,uneven, and doesn’t look like the picture I wanted. One of the acrylics is wayyy uneven and all the others aren’t. She messed up really bad and didn’t try to redo anything and I could tell when she asked if I like them she was scared and hesitant.just paid $60 for them to be ruined an hour after having them done.
