My first interaction was great! I walked in after parking in an extremely full parking lot but it was around 12:20pm on Dec 7. I am providing details so this employee can be recognized as I did not catch her name. I feel like calling her Ruby but I have no idea why, could be her red hair. I observed Ruby’s interaction with prior customers and she had the best disposition and operated with excellent efficiency one wants in an employee and one a customer appreciates. While JM’s was busy, they operated with great efficiency and I was on my way after ordering a giant Great Kahuna. Once I arrived home, I devoured 3/4 of a beautifully prepared and great tasting Philly cheesesteak. I ate 1/4 more than I planned. I am not expecting the leftover to taste as great as this is a sandwich to be savored fresh. None the less, I shall return. If you have diet restrictions be cautious with ordering using the app at this location. The last 3 orders have all been made wrong and had stuff added that we cannot eat.

Update 6/2:. I have raised my review as the customer service and response to my review was a very positive experience. I look forward to trying them out again.

Don't come here from the village unless you have wings.
