Updated: 2 minutes till and they wouldn't take me, what's happened to places? Close down b4 the actual closing time, I have heard from my own customers at my other job that this taco bell even tells them that they are out of food! What?! It's so unprofessional these days, they close everything down before actual closing time and expect to walk out of the store AT the closing time when that's not suppose to be the case. When my sister worked at taco bell, they were taking orders every second... The mgr would be at the light switch and turn it off the minute it hit 2am, THEN everything would get broken down after those orders were fulfilled.
What a shame our work places are these days, Those same employees that close early, would get pissed at the same time if it happened to them if they went to buy new nikes or something wouldn't they?
...all I was going to get was a hard taco bc I've been door dashing all day and didn't eat. So it would've been an easy order.
Old review: Place has improved over the last couple years. I use to avoid the place bc tacos would be cold and rude ppl. Now the service is great and the food is fresh and crunchy. I love it,...
Read moreWhen you go to Taco Bell, you want your food fast and the order correct. That wasn’t my experience here, to start with. The app double charged me and one of the morning managers I spoke with told me I had to go through the app but I didn’t have an account, so I felt a little hopeless. Someone emailed me and told me they’d send out coupons, but I never got anything. I called and the store and spoke with the Manager, Alex, who was the kindest person I’ve ever talked to at a TBell. He told me he had my back and to come on in and get this corrected tonight. I don’t normally leave reviews, and I gotta say I normally don’t complain when mistakes happen because EVERYONE makes mistakes, but the way he went above and beyond to make sure I had a decent experience when nobody else would listen to me spoke VOLUMES to the potential this man has and the quality of service he’s willing to give. If anyone important reads this, you have a good employee. I’m not just saying that because I got free food, but because I was heard, and the problem was corrected without making me feel like I was in the wrong. Thank you for making today a little more...
Read moreOrdered a Mexican pizza combo meal with no meat. The Mexican pizza had meat on it. It was rung in correctly on the receipt. I walked into the restaurant, set the box and drive thru receipt down, and the person behind the counter greeted me with "What's wrong with it?" I said I ordered it without meat and there was meat on it, and if I could just get my money back. He took the receipt, and after fumbling on the register for a bit, handed the receipt back to me, then he pulled out $3 and some change and handed it to me. I said, "Three something?" He replied, "It was a Mexican pizza, right?" I asked to talk with the manager. He said HE WAS THE MANAGER! I said, "Okay, if that's all you want to do, is give me money for the Mexican pizza..." He looked at receipt again and said, "Oh, it was a combo meal." Then he tried figuring the difference. I handed him the money so it would be easier for him to just give me the amount on the receipt.
I would have accepted money just for the Mexican pizza, but I wanted to give him the opportunity to do his service job appropriately, and Comp +1. And/or at least apologize! Never happened. And he is...
