Starbucks — Restaurant in Blaine

Edit: The response I received on this review just tries to send you to help page online, that’s what the link is. There is no actual help available, you could try to call the Starbucks corporate line, that’s it. There’s nothing this actual location will do to fix their mistakes.

Mobile ordered ahead, 4-8 minute estimated wait. 17 minutes later, we had to ask what was going on with our order. The manager asked for the name, then went and did something else. 5 minutes later, we saw someone make our drink. They had rows of mobile orders ready and sitting for people who weren't there, and kept making them ahead of ours. We saw our ticket at the front of the line on the shelf, and they ignored it for several drinks - putting out beverages for customers who hadn't even arrived. Just poorly done. Not even an apology for 20+ minutes of waiting for a coffee. It was not even busy, they made maybe 1 drink every two minutes including drive through orders, with 5 staff...

This is the BEST Starbucks around here. I go to this location extremely often and will sometimes stop in between two locations. Even if I’m grasping for time the baristas have always completed my order within minutes of me ordering and have delivered it to perfection. The dining area is a little small as I like to come here and hang out with friends during the school year and there sometimes will not be a lot of seating available. Each and every barista that I’ve ordered with is soo so so sweet and I want to be best friends with all of them ✋🥹 I usually will order a refresher but I love their cold foam cold brews in caramel, pumpkin, and chocolate. Online it says that they are open at 4:30 on Friday. When we called to inquire (because the drive-through light is on and nobody answered… )They hung up on us. When we drove through the first time only the first drive thru light was on. Benefit of the doubt both employees didn’t see us in the drive though window (sign says pull to window if having difficulty ordering). Long dirty dishwater blonde hair and slightly taller, petite dark brown/black hair employees. Second time driving through - both drive through lights are on (menu now lit). That’s when we called. It was about 436/440 am.
