On November 24th 2020 I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes waiting to get to the intercom to order my food. When I got to the intercom I was asked to wait for a moment and 12 minutes later the employee finally came back and thanked me for waiting. I ordered the 12.99 family coupon meal- 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers and 3 small fries. I was told that I can not order a "family meal" in the drive thru. I had been sitting in line for 47 minutes by this time. I asked if the employee was kidding and he said, "no, my managers says you need to drive around and go inside to order that". I was not going to get out of line and go inside to wait again. I said okay I will order 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers, 3 fries.....no longer a 12.99 meal..at this time I had waited so long in that line I would have paid $40 for this food. They refused to take my order in the drive thru. I will never purchase from Burger King again and I have told everyone I know what had happened. There is something wrong with these employees. They wanted me to get out of a line - the line I sat in for almost an hour to pull around and go inside, when mind you they are not supposed to be open due to the governor's executive order to place my order for 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries. This makes no sense. I was not ordering 30 whoppers..... I could understand if they took my order and then asked me to park by the door until the order was done but to refuse to take my order at all and make me go inside. There are no signs that state "family meal" coupon orders are taken inside. This restaurant has poor management. I will never set foot in a Burger King again. The service has been sub par for years but this was the last straw. There are way too many fast food places to choose from and I will spend my money elsewhere. This was the most ridiculous situation and I am still in shock. In those first 35 mintues I saw 7 cars leave and drive away. I have never sat in a drive thru for this amount of time. There is no excuse for the service at...
Read moreI'm somewhat local, have been to this location a small handful of times over the years and the food & service is 50/50 you never know what to expect exactly, although it is only sustenance and not real food that's healthy and nutritionally dense so maybe ot doesn't matter to some of you that will review this however hot/cold food, fast/slow service makes a difference to me.
Tonight I didn't even stay to eat, I pulled up, couldn't park right up front, not the biggest deal for me as I'm 49 and in decent shape so I'm not lazy and can walk across the parking lot, however when I got inside and saw no customers, I realized that the employees took up a bunch of the parking spots right in front of the main door, which is just absolutely stupid, where as most businesses, retail, restaurants, whatever, would expect their employees to not be to lazy and park as far from the front door as possible to make it easier and quicker for any extra handicap folks or individuals that are extremely busy and in a rush to get their meal and get back out as soon as possible, plus those spots would be way more convenient for their Gig App Food Delivery drivers like Grub Hub & Door Dash to use, let the delivery drivers get in fast and out so they can make their income a bit easier, especially when the weather is bad, leave the parking by the building and front door for others to help make their lives more convenient when the employees will all be inside for many hours at a dang time, geez!
I've also decided to leave without eating and eat elsewhere this evening because I personally do not want to be served by people that don't have common sense and more general respect for...
Read moreThis location has been terrible for the last few months or more after their great manager of the last few years left. I'm sure she's on to bigger and better things. She was awesome!
Now they have terrible service and product. I stopped going for at least a month after waiting close to a half hour for a single meal. The food was subpar.
Today I decided to take a chance with them after work, since the next closest Burger King is over 20 minutes from my home.
My onion rings were bad. I wish that was the worst thing. I ate close to 3/4 of my burger and found a LONG HAIR in it! I'm bald......
I immediately took the remainder back. They offered to make me another burger. There's NO WAY that I'd eat it. I asked for a refund. The GENERAL MANAGER got involved to process the transaction. He commented that the burger was almost gone, with an attitude. I kept my cool and asked if I'd done something wrong. I guess I was supposed to just throw the rest away and go on about my day.....
The GENERAL MANAGER gave me a dry apology with my refund. I feel like I inconvenienced him.
How would you feel if you found a hair in the burger that you were eating? What would you expect as an apology? Remember, I was dealing with the GENERAL MANAGER. No offer of a gift certificate or anything to keep me as a customer.
I'm never going back there! I'll go out of my way to the...
