I ordered a sub & fountain pop for delivery and it took just over 90 mins to get to me. When I called at the 60 min mark to find out where the food was, the woman who took my call was very rude. She said, "I have 50 tickets up here and 2 drivers so I don't know what to tell you, we are busy. I can't just call people to let them know that". I said that this is something that you should tell people ahead of time when placing the order so we aren't thinking that they are really "freaky fast" and will be down the road in a mile in 30 mins or less. When the bag finally arrived it wasn't the correct sandwich, and there was no straw to drink the pop with. I called back and she was just as rude the second time around. She said she would send out the right sandwich after we went over what it should be, clarifying that it should be a wheat sub with the particular fixings. She also would not compensate me for their errors and the fact that i have been waiting over 2 hours now to eat lunch from this place, and I was hungry. The driver did arrive in a respectable amount of time the second time, but still with the wrong sandwich that once again I had clarified with her over the phone...wrong kind of bread this time. I attempted to eat but it was just not any good. The delivery driver was polite and apologetic and he handled my irritation very well when I told him to take it back with him cause I wouldn't eat it and it was wrong. I ordered from my truck for delivery while sitting in the parking lot, as I can’t leave my load unattended (Mind you, this is the second time ordering from this place . The first time I specifically asked what sandwiches were toasted. The girl told me the names of the combos and I ordered the bootlegger no bacon, add oil and vinegar. I get the sandwich, it’s cold, no mayo, no oil or vinegar with bacon on it. They offered a $15 credit for the next time I order) 35 minutes later I call to see what was going on, the cashier (a girl) asks if I got the food yet. I said no, she said well he’s on his way. (On his way where? I’m right here). Well we go by check order. So you mean to tell me the delivery driver drove right past me to go somewhere else because they ordered first?? So I canceled the order mainly because my break is over. I asked for a refund also for some reason even with using the $15 credit, the total was still an extra $5 for the same order. I thought maybe because I added cheese. I asked for the credit to be placed onto my account so I could use it elsewhere. I walked in about 8 minutes after placing a pick up order for ASAP, not expecting it to be ready, I gave the lady working at the register my name and order, and another worker behind her said it'll be ready soon. I said no problem and sat down. They had my name and order and I was acknowledged by multiple workers that I was waiting for my order.
Someone finished my order and threw it behind the counter. I sat there for 25, almost 30 minutes waiting for anyone to say it was done, or ready. The app, which I was refreshing, never marked my order as ready for pickup, just that it "was received by the store". Finally after the 25 minute wait, someone said "What are you waiting for?" and they just had my order the whole time sitting there behind the counter, even though they knew I was there waiting for it. On my way out the worker said "You didn't ask for it", even though I was previously acknowledge by MULTIPLE workers for what order I was waiting for. The person sitting behind the register probably saw the order there, and just sat there doing nothing.
Just literally zero communication between anyone, and for a worker to go "You didn't ask for it" when it's the first thing I did when I walked in the door is crazy. Even now, over an hour after my order was placed and I picked it up, the app shows it as not ready for pickup. How am I supposed to know? Just sit there and ask...
