Okay , review based upon "customer service".
1st of all, upon entry, Really 'no' "interactions" with an employee, with their digital in store ordering
... Actually, no "hello" from absolutely ANY employee at all.
But when I finally figured out 'WHERE' to get my order lol (screen said they would announce it when ready ... didn't) , I went to pick up my Cinnamon Rolls , I asked a few basic questions about my order:
Me: Oh these are individually packaged? Employee: yep Me: ๐ Me:๐ I thought they would be in a box together Employee: ๐ Employee: (turns back to me) Nope Me: ๐ this is my 1st time really trying this here, In comparison to Cinnabon how would you rank these rolls Employee: (literally) ๐คจ "Really, I am pretty sick of all our pastries here" Me: ๐ค๐๐๐ Her: ๐ Me: ๐ฌ (awkward) Her: ๐คจ Me: โ๐พ๐ถ ... oooooooo . K. Well, have a better day? Her: ๐ (as she turns her back on me)
So , I , went to the other counter , on the way out and seen a lady with her jacket on and said excuse me, good morning๐ ... I know you just got here, but who is that lady packaging food "over there" , lady politely said good morning in return, walks over to the "swinging door" , glances very quickly and says "Ava". I then said ohhh, I just wanted to know her name for my review ... then the lady said "Oh, well she is our in store manager"
Me:๐ณ Her: ๐...๐ณ... ๐ฌ ... ๐ Me:โ๐พ๐ Me: ๐ Me: ๐ well thank you for YOUR kindness, hope you have a wonderful day Her: ๐Yea, you too
Let me tell you, that manager Ava made me feel SO belittled, as if my being there was a ISSUE and that she would rather not have had to known I even EXISTED!!!!

Really, it 'IS' vital in ANY part of life!!!
Hopefully my being a black man (attractive black man at that ๐) wasn't the reason you treated me so inhumane ... I pray the Grace of the God of Abraham, Isaac, & Jacob (Israel) touches your soul so you can see how each person He created , and each of their individual thoughts are individually unique AND special.
I thank GOD for the Love of Christ in my heart, I forgive you!!!! ๐ค and hope the best for your future. Our interaction ALMOST ruined my day, but your back-up helped it get better with her AUTHENTIC love and 'KINDNESS'
P.S. I don't know HOW you could get sick of these pastries!!! They are absolutely DELICIOUS!!!
P.S.S maybe pick a different field of employment?

It's the only thing my Husband will eat here - I check the site about once a month - but nadda - I will not be having Panera until they bring this back. I mean what sandwich shop does not carry a ham sandwich?! This is just silly. All because their CEO doesn't like ham? What the heck. It's just a matter of pure annoyance at this point - it makes no sense. Catering to a CEO who doesn't even probably eat at their own establishment and not meeting their customer's needs.
This is not* the first time I've brought this up either. I've brought this up with their corporate - and I know others have as well - and Corp pretty much tells you where to shove it. I even deleted my account which had been opened for nearly a decade because of it. This wasn't recently - but as I checked their website again today - I just got annoyed - again, today. (Child's ham sandwich does not count, Panera - no it does not.)
Nope. No business until you do right by your customers.
Ham haters!
Also: Their website will not let me visit their page with my VPN on - they must also tout trackers, and my internet protection just gets blocked. So not only are they ham haters - they want you to be tracked and unsecured when you open their webpage.

The order was around $130 and when I submitted the order an automated message stated that due to the size of my order, I could only pick it up as early as 7:00am. I accepted the conditions but called the store to explain I had to start my business presentation down the street (4mins away) at 7:00am and if it would be at all possible to pick up the order at 6:45am - 6:50am. The employee that answered my call replied with a frustrated attitude, โYea that wonโt be possible, I have over $1,000 in orders for tomorrow morning I donโt even know how Iโd have your order ready at 7, itโs not gonna happen.โ I immediately told him to cancel my order and Iโll take my order and business elsewhere. They had all night and the following morning to make it happen if they wanted. I called Dunkin Donuts the morning of at 5:30am and they were able to have my order ready by 6:30am and I only paid $102 for an equal sized order. I will always prefer and select a different establishment for breakfast like refreshments for my meetings other than Panera from...
