I was very excited to finally try this place but ended up disappointed to say the least. I placed my order in plenty of time for the order to be correct(4 days ago), quality assurance checked, and double checked again. Something told me to open the box when I was at the store and check my order(I had a feeling they screwed up, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt), because the little girl at the register seemed like she was uninterested and spaced out when I asked her a question about refrigerating the cakes. She kept looking off into the distance, staring at her screen, like I was wasting her time, and then she proceeded to answer me. So, when I ordered the cakes online, picked exactly what I wanted, but I didn't get exactly what I ordered or exactly what I wanted. My family personally does not like pumpkin spice, I picked the pecan praline, two of them. I never chose white chocolate raspberry or carrot anything. Those are in my box. My order was all wrong, I paid $65 for this, and I can't go back tomorrow on Halloween to exchange them(which I should not have to travel 29 miles to correct this) because they are closed, and the birthday party is at 3pm. I had high hopes for this place based on all the hype, but my experience was far from sweet. First, the cakes looked promising, but the taste was a major letdown. I ordered a classic vanilla bundt cake, and it was dry, lacking flavor, and tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. The texture was dense and crumbly, not moist like a good bundt cake should be.
On top of that, the customer service was below average. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and I had to wait far longer than I should have, even though the store wasnât busy. When I asked about certain flavors, the person at the counter seemed annoyed and didnât offer much guidance.

I got an email confirmation as soon as I submitted my order that stated my exact order of 24 cupcakes. When I got there, there was only 12 cupcakes ready and when I asked about the other half, they told me I only ordered 12. I then pulled up my email to show them my confirmation email from them that again, clearly stated my order. The then "manager" proceeded to tell me that I then only paid for half my order. I then again, pulled up my confirmation email that showed what I paid, which was for 24 cupcakes.
