Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Blaine

A little disappointed in Papa Murphy's as of late. Don't know if it's just this location or all over, but I worked at Papa Murphy's in high school, and the quality seems to have dropped, while prices increase. A family size pepperoni pizza used to have, I believe, 70 slices of pepperoni (I would get busted by "secret shops" if my counts were off). Actually, when we moved to family size pizzas (increased the size of the pizza), I think it might even have been 80. I thought the one I bought today looked sparce, so I counted: 50. Now, they may have changed the "recipe" since I worked there, as it's been 15+ years, to cut costs (and quality). If so, that is disappointing. Also, the topping cheese used to be weighed. Mine looks like they grabbed a couple strings and sprinkled them over it.

I have higher standards for Papa Murphy's because I used to work there, and they aren't living up to them. And when a take and bake pizza costs double what a Domino's pizza costs, and the quality isn't there, it makes it hard to justify. Papa Murphy's - step up your...

I will never go back here again, when i ordered i said bread sticks when i got there they almost didnt even give me them or the sauce that i asked for over the phone so the guy points to where the supposedly break sticks were, i said where are the bread sticks thats not bread sticks so then he finally said we dont have bread sticks ok why wasnt i told that over the phone when i ordered and when i ordered i said i want thick crust they gave me thin crust which i said thick, im very unhappy about this?????? Also when i called and asked to talk with the store manager seth who is not a manager asked me why i need to talk with the store manager which was none of his business! Not a good experience at all plus i had no idea that they dont cook the pizza there just horrible experience!!! Ill never...

I gave it four stars for the great pizza at decent prices. Take and bake pizza works out great if you don't want to eat it until later in the evening and still want fresh pizza. They have great toppings and several types of crust to choose from. However, if I could give negative stars, I would do so for the supervisor on today's shift. (2/20/14). She went home early and left just one employee, a young girl, to handle everything. This employee was swamped with phone calls and customers. I was impressed that she didn't just walk out, much like her supervisor did. I am NOT impressed by this supervisor and wish I could find someone to complain...
