Fondly remember eating Savoy's many times when I lived in the St. Paul area. Pizza has a unique sauce with a little kick to it and the sausage was in big, savory, bite-sized chunks. Amazing amount of topping compared to the crust. Even with the thin crust the pizzas are deceivingly heavy due to the generous amounts of cheeses and meats. We were thrilled to discover there was a new location in Blaine. Definitely take advantage of the Monday Discount and order a Red's House Special! Eastsider adds sauerkraut to this and is surprisingly delicious! Angry Aloha has a surprising kick from the Serrano chilies in the giardiniera and the pineapple does a good job of taming the spiciness down a bit. Not overwhelmingly hot. Loved the combination and the chicken wings are also better than most pizza places! Plump and juicy with a nice texture. Last order was very crispy with a surprisingly flavorful breading. Generous Italian Salad with pepperoni and peppers. Great rewards program too. Lots of bonuses and freebies! Definitely our new go to pizza place.

I love Red's Savoy in St. Paul. Unfortunately, this is not Red's Savoy in St. Paul. Today I bought pizza at the Blaine franchise and it is only a shadow of what I expect from Red's. Instead of the classic "Sota-style" pepperoni pizza that I desired, I recieved a completely flat, thin crusted, undertopped underwelming pie. I also ordered another favorite of mine - the Meat Raffle pizza. It was much better, but still had a soggy undercooked crust. I have tried many of the Red's Savoys throughout the Twin Cities and there is no consistent product here. I can tell that the same high quality ingredients are used, but quality control is poor from franchise to franchise. Shown below is the pepperoni pizza we received today. It looks like a plain cheese pizza.

Second time in recent months my order was either dropped or flew off the seat in the delivery vehicle. The food is great if handled properly, but delivery is not reliable. $40 for a pizza and cheese bread +20% tip is not worth it. Update, July 2025. 3rd time pizza has been dropped in less than a year when being delivered. See 3rd picture on review. Reached out online twice to red's Savoy about this latest incident and no response either time. They don't care about their products or their customers. I will never order from here again and I grew up eating the original red's Savoy pizza. The blaine location should have their franchise rights revoked!!!

On 12/6/24 I went to place an order by phone for a large pizza. I called at exactly 11 AM and the phone just rang and rang. I had drove to that side of town which is a far distance from my house and I went into target to kill time so they could make my pizza again. I tried to call the phone and it rang and rang at about five after 11:00 I called again and now it’s just busy. (in a weird way saying they can't take any calls...I kept trying to call until 11:25 AM and again it was just busy so I called the Hugo location and the gentleman there said he had no idea why they wouldn’t answer the phone and asked me if I was close enough that I could go over there and see if they were open. I did- leaving target and all of my things that I was purchasing behind including my front row parking in the cold and went to the location in Blaine and a round faced guy comes to the front and tells me that the girl in the back that was making pizzas took the phone off the hook because she was too busy and she didn’t wanna take any more orders. I am not kidding!!! A pizza place says that they take their phone off the hook so they don’t have to make pizza!! This was at OPENING!! I told the guy that I had drove all the way over there and I have been waiting 25 minutes to put in a pizza order and he just had a blank look on his face and could have really cared less. I told him that I was leaving, I would not be back and that I was going to leave a one star review and that they are absolutely pathetic in regard to customer service. He said “Okay” this part is for the owner- your employees will make or break you… I have a big feeling yours will break you. I know good help is hard to find, but this is beyond bad. Both of those employees should be let go. You lost a customer, but maybe you don't...

3rd and last time I will order from here. The first time the delivery was half an hour late because they claimed they never received the online order. 2nd time it was fine. This last time I ordered on Tuesday (nearly 48-hour notice) for a pickup at 11:30am on Thursday. Here are the issues: -I arrived at 11:35am and was told there were only 2 people working and it was running late, it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. It was not. I work 8 mins from here and the party started at noon. I did not leave here until 12:15pm. -He gave me "all" the pizzas, to which I said, no I am short 3. He said he forgot to make the cheese pizzas. It would be 5 more minutes. It took longer than 5 minutes. I am just glad I counted before I left. -A bunch of the bread was charred black on the crust, so of course nobody wanted to eat those. -I asked if all of the sauces were there, he said yes everything is in the boxes. This was wrong. We received NO BBQ, Buffalo, or ranch for the wings as stated in the catering package. -I ordered 1 boneless wings and 1 bone in wings. We received NO bone in, but entirely all boneless. -We received NO ranch for the tater kegs as stated in the catering package. -2 orders (36pcs) of tater kegs were shoved in 1 to go box. They ended up being pieces of tatertots because they fell apart from being jammed in there. -Some of the pizzas were burnt on the crust and cheese. Not like well done, but black. Such a...
