Starbucks has me dialed in perfectly. The drinks, the e-mails, the gold card, the stars, the promotions you name it they got your marketing data down which I respect. I wanna buy things that interest me and enjoy. I visit this star bucks on a regular basis, so much over 100+ times in less than a year since it's on my way to work. Better than Caribou? Absolutely. Now not to knock Caribou's products at all, after all they are Minnesota born but I hate to say Starbucks uses it's technology and marketing to keep customer loyal to the brand and coming back on a regular basis. The promotions and bonus programs are fantastic. If you work them you can earn all kinds of free stuff which I certainly take advantage of. I have had very few issues with this location, drive through times are usually excellent, friendly staff and consistent quality of product. Paying with your phone, auto reload of card, perks, quality of drink, yup I'm hooked but hey I have no problem supporting a business that values it's loyal customers so much that they do whatever it takes to keep you coming back. I respect the marketing effort and hassle of this company. I will see for god sakes bring back the Unicorn frap, I got it one day and that's it. I returned the next day and it was "sold out" at this store and never returned. It's magical just like a unicorn. Pumpkin flavors are now back just in time for fall, please please please can we get a Unicorn? Give this start bucks a drive, friendly staff, consistent service keeps me coming back. The paying with your phone and app is a forward way of thinking and while it adds up when your going so often, you forget about the price when your getting great service and product. Smart business decisions, I'm gold and plan to stay that way. Starbucks keeps up with the times and changes to adapt to...
Read moreDon't order online ahead a time. I work for doordash and arrived at the store just befor 11am for pick-up for a customer. And had 4 drinks to pick up.3 iced drinks were ready, and was waiting for the last one to be made so I can deliver to the customer. It was a sat morning and yes it was busy, but I noticed and over heard other customers already been waiting for 15-20 minutes for their drinks and were very annoyed. Employees were giving excuses to customers but not getting their drinks to them.by 11:18am I still didn't get my drinks.i asked how long, and was still told their still making it.the first 3 drinks we're iced coffee, and by 11:28 they still couldn't get my drink to me.not sure how much ice we're in the iced drinks that were sitting on the counter for a half an hr.by 11:30 again they told me there try to be as fast as they can go,but let's be honest, if the 6 Employees behind the counter were really trying to get drinks out,the 4 other customers besides myself should never have to wait 20+ mins for iced coffee, or any other drink. I also heard from an employee that they are prioritizing drive thru and walk-ins. And walk ins were still waiting 15-mins for coffee. So by 11:30 I told door dash about my problem and gave a refund to the customer. When I left, mad because of the lack of service at this store, the they acted like my order was not important. Disgusting for sure. Avoid this this store if you can, because when I left, there was at least 6 costumers still waiting for their drinks and were mad. There are plenty of Starbucks around, this is one to...
Read moreIt’s always hard to read these comments. The majority of these people that are rating it less than 4 stars and complaining about the service or the wait obviously have never worked in this type of environment. For all the baristas out there, I commend you. To work for a company that is constantly coming up with new standards, new recipes and even new expectations for your job is quite challenging. It may seem like the people working behind the counter are all just doing mindless work while wearing a green apron. But in reality, it take a very sharp mind to do such a job. To constantly live up to the job expectations AND deal with all the “Karens” of the world complaining that they “wanted that iced” gets a little draining. Is it the baristas fault you have somewhere to be in 20 minutes but you NEED your Starbucks. Remember guys, we’re all people here, just trying to make it through. Your baristas don’t get paid that much so be a little more kind when they seem to have lost hope in an understaffed, overwhelming and busy environment. And for all of you that think being a barista is an easy job? Try it out for a month and tell me. Sincerely, A former barista (currently working a much easier office job, getting paid way more...
