Starbucks — Restaurant in Blaine

They employees are always really nice and try to get the drinks out on time, but they do not know how to make the caramel cloud macchiato. I have gotten it 3 times and each time it has been done a different way. Only one of those ways were right. The other two tasted super bitter and one forgot the cloud foam completely. Pretty sure the other one forgot almond milk. This is my favorite drink because it's supposed to be sweet and the foam is my favorite part. It's really disappointing that I cant get my favorite drink unless a specific employee is working. On that note I have gotten 3 drinks from An and she is very helpful for indecisive customers and is even willing to make a sample if the lines aren't long. Every drink I have gotten from her has been made perfectly, and I even get a good laugh or a smile for free while I'm waiting...

My husband ordered me my usual drink, iced decaf americano with vanilla and cold foam here yesterday. Less than an hour after drinking it, I started to feel jittery and anxious. It continued to get worse as the hours went on. I do not drink caffeine anymore because my anxiety gets so severe and haven't for over 5 years. I know that my drink was not made decaf. Also, I should not be mixing one of my medications with caffeine. It was a horrible day for me because of that one drink. I'm not trying to be a Karen, but they need to take that seriously. Love this place and the baristas are all amazing, especially Maria and Sarah. I witnessed a horribly rude costumer today. He had to wait a few minutes for his drink which is not uncommon in food service restaurants, especially because there was only two baristas working. The rude customer yelled at Savanna, (who was newly promoted to manager and was doing a great job) for how long this drink took and said he was going to leave a bad review. Savanna handled the situation very well. You have an amazing team here! I’m sorry costumers aren’t more understanding. Keep up...
