Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Blair Township

I’m not one to regularly leave reviews, but the subpar service I just received tonight at this establishment was unacceptable. Allow me to elaborate:

At 5:30, I texted an order in to this store as a pickup, but decided to call in immediately and change it to a delivery. After speaking with a male employee on the phone, he assured me the order was now a delivery and confirmed my address and name. Great, sounds good…

7:30 rolls around, still no pizza at my house. A call to the store confirms that the order had never actually been changed to a delivery; it had been sitting in their store for over an hour as a pickup order. My three kids, all under the age of 6, were all hungry and ended up eating some old leftovers.

I immediately drove up to the store and communicated this to a female manager, who was very unapologetic and didn’t sympathize in the slightest. I ordered again and was shockingly charged full price, no offer of a discount whatsoever.

I’m finished with this place. Do what you say, guys. Maybe you’ll keep more...

We live 2-3 miles from this place and usually get pizzas or the jets boats, no problems usually. But tonight we ordered and they were an hour late so we called they thought we were picking up. I specifically said delivery the girl didn’t even ask our phone #. So they showed up after we called with the wrong order. I ordered a jets boat. Not a sandwich with all veggies and my wife ordered wings, not hot wings and no onions on the salad but the salad was full of onions she was picking them up for a half an hour we paid for something that we did not order I am never ordering from this place ever again then my wife called and talk to the manager and he didn’t want to help us out at all but give us five dollars off in our next meal. Well we will not order from there again. They just lost a customer that had given them Business for the last three years...

I'm a fan of the new curbside pickup service that most businesses now offer because of the pandemic. Jet's Pizza has implemented this more effectively than any other business I've seen so far.

Usually you have to call when you arrive, which is annoying for a variety of reasons. There's a lot of waiting around, etc.

Not at Jet's! They ask what car you'll be driving and someone is actually paying attention. You just pull up, hang out, and they bring your order out to your car.

I don't know his name, but the guy who's outside running orders to vehicles whenever I've been here is awesome. There may be more going on behind the scenes, but from my point of view Jet's is awesome at curbside pickup largely because this particular guy is...
