Quit going to Domino's several years ago bc of the service\quality, but i decided to give them another shot yesterday... mistake.... Place my online order around 4:45pm. Confirmation that order was started at 5:50pm Waited at my work until I got the "order is ready" confirmation at 5:10 (which was 5 minutes later that what online order confirmation said.. but no biggie.. just 5 minutes) So I leave my work and drive the 8 minutes to the Domino's, walk in and state my name to a nonemployee that was attempting to help, I was told it would be a couple of minutes, I said no i think mine is ready I have the confirmation stating its ready for pickup, again I am told it will be couple of minutes..........26 minutes later, I walk out of the store with my order..... not acceptable... had i not already paid online for my order, I would have left. I understand they were busy with the 50% off online pizza orders, but the employees should never lie and say your order is ready for pick up, when I now know it could not have possibly even been started at that time.
and also just FYI, I saw myself with my own two eyes the worker who was making the pizza crust, walk away from the counter to help the non worker ring up sales, he touched customers credit cards\cash, answered the phone, and placed on hold, then walked straight back to the pizza making counter WITHOUT washing his hands!! (and no gloves either)

Read moreBeware of the Domino's in Blairsville, GA if you use a credit card. There's nothing wrong with the pizza. The problem is theft. The last 2 times I've ordered using the app and paid through the app they have added a little extra to the total. The 1st time it happened I thought maybe it was a mistake because my son did not sign or even get the receipt when he picked up the pizzas (I ALWAYS do carryout). There was an extra $2.53 added to the total to round it up to the next $10 increment. We had gotten several pizzas so the total was $67.47 and they rounded up to $70. I thought maybe a driver had picked up my receipt by mistake. Then this past weekend we placed another order through the app for carryout. My daughter was picking it up this time and I told her to be sure to ask for the receipt and sign it if needed. They gave her both copies of the receipt and she came home with both copies. Then I see my statement online today and they rounded up again. This time it was less than a dollar. Now I know most people would blow this off since it's not much, but think about this for a minute...if they are doing this to every credit card customer then how much money are they pocketing at the end of the day. I think this is my second time ordering from this location and now I remember why I hadn’t ordered again more recently. I ordered plain old pasta primavera, without making any changes to the ingredients. Mine needed up coming with ranch instead of Alfredo sauce, and it had banana peppers added. I found the whole combination to be truly disgusting. The cinnamon twist things were gross and they didn’t include the frosting. The lava cakes looked as if they had been intentionally smashed. I got two orders so everyone would get one and all four cakes were squished. I’m not expecting gourmet food here, I’m under no delusion that domino’s pizza will deliver perfect food, but if it’s going to be literally thrown together so sloppy I’d like it to be at least redeemable in taste.
