Dunkin' — Restaurant in Blairsville

Went in on 10/11/22 at 10:20am. Walked inside to order. Was not greeted and waited several minutes to be waited on. Finally had to ask someone to wait on me and my husband. They had four employees on duty. The lobby was dirty as well. Food on the floor tables with old food stuck on them and even saw icing on the walls next to table. Horrible experience and during my food wait an employee off duty runs into the place places her coffees on the counter and complains about her order too. Then goes behind the counter and makes them herself. Another customer comes in as well and waits with no greeting just like we had been treated. Told her she will need to ask to be waited on. She was not impressed either. Also the off duty staff employee also waited on the other customer who was waiting. None of the 4 on duty employees waited on her. This shop needs to get it together. They need to step it up. If I was the manager I would have been very disappointed and upset at how this staff was running my shop. There was cups of I don’t know what all over the place as well. I have notice people want to be paid well but don’t want to service the customers or do the job. Poor very poor customer service. Oh yes, and the coffees we got tasted the worst I have had there. Weak coffee and no flavor...

If you love an extremely rude staff and being resented for being a patron, then this is the place for you! I couldn't figure out why the cashier was giving me and my daughter, and the lady in front of us, such dirty looks. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. Then while sitting in the dining room, I overheard the staff talking. "Our dining room is closed but nobody cares or reads the sign!" There was no sign! I went and looked and informed them "there is no sign". "It must have fell off." We were literally treated like a bother because we wanted to be customers. I'm so tired of rude people EVERYWHERE! I go out of my way to be respectful and friendly to everyone I encounter. I understand that it's difficult to find people willing to work these days, but have some self respect and pride in what you do or just don't do it! Management, if you want to close your store to walk-ins, then put up an actual sign or rope off the...

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees are usually very nice. However, every time I go this location is missing something, or everything. They are out of cups, they are out of donuts, they are out of chai syrup, and on and on. I placed an order on the app for pickup and when i got there they said they were out of what I ordered. They said they couldn't refund it since I placed the order on the app. So I waited 2 weeks for an email back from customer service for them to tell me I had to go in store for the refund.... Still have no received my refund because I have been out of town. Purchased 25 assorted munchkins and got 25 of all the same...picture attached. Please explain to me how this is assorted? And what the heck is going on with...
