This location will not provide “cups of water”, and “only sells bottles of water”, which is illegal. I found this out today, when it was 98° and the woman working the drive thru was extremely rude and argumentative about it saying that they did not have the required products to give me a cup of water - despite being an almost drinks only location. Y’all got cups and running water, y’all got what is necessary to give a cup or water. I simply said “y’all need to rethink that policy because it’s illegal” and she began fighting with me about it through the drive through. Not to mention, I have gotten a cup of water from here before - because the water is always for my dog and I will then PURCHASE something for myself.
This is illegal because it is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS for the HOMELESS AND IMPOVERISHED to not have access to drinking water on HOT DAYS. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer be a patron for this location, nor for any Tim Hortons. That’s how negative the experience was to have a woman begin fighting me about the ability to give me a cup of water, when the stance this location has is already illegal. I will also be reporting this to the BBB and the State as the law is meant to protect the public and prevent deaths from dehydration and heat.
Plus, no masks lmfao. Absolutely...
Read moreDisgusting! The service we received was just disgusting...that's the only word I have for it. I am from out of town, but a big fan of Tim Horton's because I worked at one when I was younger. I asked the woman if they had fruit explosion muffins and she snarkily came back at me like "Um yeah, we've never had fruit explosion muffins?" So okay, I asked her what kind of muffins they DID have and she wad like "Um, chocolate chip and blueberry?" I could HEAR the judgment was dripping off of her lips. At that point, I said I'd have nothing else. My husband ordered the new scrambled egg sandwich and a large sweet tea. My husband saw one of the coworkers pour an unsweet tea and try to hand it to her and she said no, handed it back, then got it back from them a moment after. My husband got a sweet tea from Tim Horton's yesterday too and could immediately tell that they must have just lazily put a pump of sweetener or something in his tea today because it's not AT ALL the same. In short, don't go here. Go to a different Tim Horton's....just yeah - "bad day" or not, there is no excuse for how we were treated here. It's worth it to drive a bit further and get taken care of. We're not asking for a lot, just some respect; they don't offer that here,...
Read moreI often joke about how bad the service is at this location. It reminds me of the “Pop Copy” skit from Chapelle’s show. Literally, more often than not they mess up something with your order. Today was my last visit to this location, I’ll go out of my way to go elsewhere moving forward. The person taking the order forgot to add my coffee to the order (despite having me repeat the order before I pulled up to the window). Mistakes happen and I get it but when I reminded the girl about the coffee the girl said she forgot to put it in so I would need to pull back around and go through the line again so she could ring it up separate. I was like “listen I’m happy to pay for it but I’m not going back through the line.” Really, most places would just give you the drink given that it was her mistake but instead she threatened to call the police if I did not move because I was “messing up the timer tracking for the drive through”. I asked for the supervisor or manager and the girl said she was the boss and was in charge and then closed the window saying she was calling the police. This explains a lot actually. One of the worst managed establishments I have...
