It's a small park. It is nice, but I have others I prefer. I don't always feel safe by myself at Cooper Park. It's not a very dangerous area, but I do notice a lot of people who sit in their cars in the parking lot and there seems to be a lot of blind spots along the trail. The playground seems very nice though and I often see younger children (preschool - elementary school) playing there. I know the soccer fields are utilized...

Nice well maintained park with basketball courts, baseball/soccer field, good access to the Alum Creek bike trail. Water access somewhat tenuous as I have been able to fill up my water there in the past but it seems as if they turn access off in early October when its still warm and im not sure exactly when it gets turned on, but is typically turned off when other parks still have...

I walked the Alum Creek Trail starting at Casto Park to Cooper Park. This is a nice stretch of the Alum Creek Trail and Cooper Park seems like a decent park. It has playground equipment, a basketball court and soccer fields. Parking seems limited and I didn't see any restrooms.

Large park, lots soccer fields and open space. Parking is easy via Vinyard church access. Soccer fields are excellent. Parking is difficult entering main entrance. Use Vinyard church access, when church is not busy.
