Customer service was very friendly. However, we ordered the new specialty whoppers on the app. When we got there to pick up the order, they told us that they’ve already discontinued those whoppers, so they no longer have any of the ingredients to make them.
This was frustrating because those specific whoppers were the only thing we wanted (I hadn’t been to any Burger King in over 5 years before that, but the new/specialty whoppers got my attention). I feel like they should take it off the app if they’re not selling it anymore. If I had known they didn’t have what I wanted, I would have ordered from a different restaurant. That was a week ago, and as of today, the whoppers are still available to order on the app.
Also, their fries are TERRIBLE. Like the worst fries out of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. And that’s not a complaint specific to this location, I think that’s just Burger King in general. They really need to revamp the fries.

Read moreI was driving Uber tonight and was summonsed to the location to pick up. At approximately 10pm, there was only two females working. One female that was a light skinned African American young lady with grey weave and another thin African American young lady at the drive thru multi tasking. She asked me to wait while she dropped the customers chicken fries. She told me to pull around to the front and she would bring them out. I waited over 15 minutes and she never came out. I went back through the drive thru. The food was bagged and sitting in the countertop. They proceeded to offer me the food and I declined the Uber eats order. I would not dare take cold food to my customers. They were not busy. It was only one other car ahead of me and no one behind. It wasn't necessary to ask me to leave the drive thru. Read moreThe quality of the food is horable. They throw everything together and you are lucky if your order is even close to being correct at all. They always look overwhelmed and can never keep the orders straight. Even when they are not busy. The manager never apologizes when they make a mistake.
I even saw them argue with a customer because they couldn't find his mobile order. He showed them the screen with the order number and even the charge on his credit card. They just told him they couldn't fill his order or refund it and that he would have to call the 800 number and address it with them.
