Lavue Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Bloom Township

The experience was just okay for me. I think it simply wasn't a good day at this spot. Nice indoor/outdoor set-up and space for dancing. TV screens with captioning turned on to monitor sporting events. Regular customers are absolutely friendly and pull you into having a good time (this could become your CHEERS)...but I felt fairly bullied about wearing a mask. And then the food service (ordered at the bar) was terrible. It took two hours to be served (you read that right)! After watching absolutely everyone else in the room receive their wings/fish/fries, my order was wrong and the kitchen was closed, so they couldn't correct it. They refunded me the difference because I could eat half of it, but I was a couple of hours past hungry by then, it was late and I was from out of town not knowing what my other options were for dinner. Boooo! I chose only 3 stars because of course it was the mishaps that stood out, but in all fairness this place could have rated higher. If I ever return to the area, I wouldn't be opposed to...

So up here with friends must be the owners birthday party very boring. Old 60’s 70’s music playing. You would think she would consider her customers and play something accommodating for everyone. Owner has a serious attitude problem not sure because she’s old but just a nasty attitude. The food is usually great here however the food tonight was burnt and tastes like the grease hand not been changed for days. Finally, the DJ came and the atmosphere really started to change…of course in a positive way. Note to the owner! You never know who visiting your place of establishment. Getting old is a blessing so being humble to people that patronize your establishment instead of being an old hag would be greatly appreciated. First and last time...

First time visiting this establishment, the food was really nice however unfortunately I can’t say the same for this evening my Husband and I went there to get combos fish, chicken, and shrimp horrible. We waited over 30 mins.. I understood someone was having a party so they catered to them first I’m cool so we waited and waited our food finally came my chicken was burnt so bad the breading fail off the shrimp I asked for salad instead of fries like before they gave me pieces of lettuce no tomato no cumbers no onion like I was a rabbit the whole experience was sad $38 lost.. Damn I should’ve cook at home! Drunk...
