December 2020: My sister ordered from here recently and wouldn't you know, the online order was not ready for 30 minutes after arriving to the store. The pizza dough was also raw in some spots. Avoid this place!
August 2020: Ordered online for pick up on a Friday night, the estimated pick up time was 7 pm. We get there at 7:05 pm and there is a large crowd of people waiting outside for online orders. Our order was not ready and the store was behind on all online orders. Apparently the previous work shift had some sort of issue and had shut down the online orders. They failed to notify the next shift they weren't receiving online orders so none of the online orders were made even though customers were still able to order online. We didn't get the order until 7:40 pm and it was missing items. We ordered 3 crazy bread, they didn't have them ready and a female employee tried to substitute it with a single order of Italian cheese bread. She argued that our order only had 2 crazy bread even when shown the order with three separate charges for crazy bread. We had to speak to another female employee and asked if we could get a refund on the other two missing crazy bread. They said they couldn't refund just the crazy bread, and can only do refunds on entire orders. WHY, how stupid is that? In the end in addition to the Italian cheese bread, they gave us an order of chicken wings as a substitute for the 3 orders of crazy bread they did not have.
The last time we ordered from this store they did not give us the two crazy sauce for our order. I called them and asked if I could get a refund and the female employee said no they can't do refunds for online orders and that we'd just have to come back to the store to get it. This employee also said it's only $1 for each sauce anyway. So what if it's only $2, I still didn't receive it! Why have an online system if you can't do refunds? Surely they can figure out how to do this.
I will not be ordering from this location again since this location routinely has employees with bad attitudes, orders are not on time and/or are incorrect. I would also recommend against online ordering since they claim they cannot do partial refunds when they mess up parts of an order. I also hate that the online order doesn't tell you if the order is ready so you end up wasting your time waiting at the store when they haven't even made...
Read moreI went to lLittle Cesar on Jor Orr Road in Chicago- Heights. It’s a Friday Night. I place my order online, the instructions is that you will get a email when your order is ready. I received the email, went to pick up my food, for the cashier to tell me it still in the oven , that my food will be ready in 10 minutes. I looking at the cutting table and watching these young ladies have so much conversation, However I went to seat in my car. I took a twenty minute phone call. Came back in the store. I watch a young lady touch her braids, and continue to cut pizza, I started getting upset, the store is starting to full up with customers waiting on their pre- order food. Then two young ladies was standing at the oven eating Pizza. Really! During COVID. That was it. I had already seen the hair touching, now eating pizza over near the oven and with your hands, no hair nets nor gloves. I ask for a refund. I spoke with The manager, the cashier was laughing at the situation. I told her there is nothing Funny about the way customers food is being handled especially during COVID. She wanted to go back and forth with me, until the manager told her to stop. The manager issues me a refund. This was terrible. I hate to be prejudice against young people working, but this is the reason why I will never get any food where I see young people are not being managed...

He kept yelling at us that online orders were to the left as they would usually be as we told him that it’s asking us to ask the cashier at the front for our order. He was extremely rude to all the people there as well as was giving attitude to all the customers there. We waiting for an additional 15 minutes since there was a line for our order and he kept yelling at us that our order was in the pick up online order kiosk. I told him nicely that in the email it’s asking for him to hand out order to us as it looked the kiosk was full of online orders as per the email said. He then asked for my cosuins name as that’s the name the order was under checked the kiosk went to the back for 10 minutes then a lady came out ask for our name again and our order was in the kiosk. He was just way too rude and ignorant to not even check.
