The manager Eileen is absolutely horrible. She's the white looking thin lady that looks like she has a drug addiction. She lies, profiles you, and is extremely rude, especially to blacks. There's also illegal activities going on here. They sell prescription viagra illegally, the video booths are being played without regulation. There's also feces and ejaculations not being cleaned up. They pay their workers under the table, steal your money on the machines if you leave booth, and harass the patrons. I've decided to contact the chicago heights police department to put in a complaint about the illegal activities. After that I will be calling the health department, and attorney General. The owner and staff is extremely rude. When using the adult arcade if you don't hurry and drop tokens in the machine they will cause a scene to embarrass you. They will pull on the door, shout how you need to leave or drop tokens now. The patrons are predominantly 55 plus white males. Everyone stands against a wall waiting to see who's coming in. Some are there for hours. It's uncomfortable, with terrible customer service. Avoid this...

Ok place could use sum upgrades and later hours, but not bad. The heavy set black female staff is rude, and makes me feel uncomfortable. I am not the only one who has said this about her.It would also be nice if they clean the booths a little more often...
