Bahahahahah Lazy workers with an attitude. The epitome of why fast food workers don't deserve 15$ an hour.

At the counter I asked what all came on the sub I got a snippy response like I am some Jimmy John's connoisseur. After we got our subs go to open the wrapper to find that the lazy a** girls couldn't even manage to fold the meat and get it to fit in the bun let alone cut the 8" subs in half. So basically if I didn't open the sub to fold the slices of meat in half I would be eating a 6" wide sub. And that was the case for all of our orders. We attempted to ask for a knife to cut the sub length in half so as to not be stuffing a full sub in our face and was told that they didn't have knives. After that the girls went to the front table to sit down and prop their feet up on the chairs. And get on their phones not doing a damn thing.

Buyer beware if you order from this place for delivery I witnessed the "leader" clearing a screen that had orders all averaging over 30+ minutes. Freaky slow delivery for such...

Sandwiches are good once you receive them. Staff is always talking to each other and make you feel as if you're interrupting them. Place looks and feels like it's one step away from a disaster. Wet floor signs all over every time I've ever been here yet floors look like they haven't been cleaned. Was reminded today, 8/3/2023 why I typically drive an additional few miles to the Telegraph Rd location. Took almost 5 minutes for the person in front of me to place their order, appeared they knew one of the workers who kept talking to them. When I finally was able to place my order, got a strange look from the cashier when I didn't add a tip to the order. Took someone who appeared to possibly be a outside manager to put on an apron and jump in the kitchen to get the ball rolling. When I left, there was a line out the door...... certainly doesn't live up to the Freakishly...

This is the worst place ever! Do NOT order from here! They take your money and never bring you the food! Then when you call and talk to them they say "we're busy, on our way." But they never actually show up and they have the audacity to mark your order as delivered. Then they just stop answering their phone. I will be reporting this to corporate...which I don't think they care cause they are independently owned. But you know who will care? Jimmy John's because their name is associated with this place. I'm taking this as far as I can because apparently they do it all the time! Just spoke to someone else in the office as I was walking all around trying to find my order and she said the exact same thing happened to her. And they basically just said they don't care.
