I am beyond disgusted. I came with my family to have dinner here and the tomatoes tasted really old and bad. Then I was filling water and there were two bugs. I spoke to two crew members and was dismissed and told sometimes the bugs fly in the soda machine and that the tomatoes were fresh. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager. Sure enough, I see someone with keys, who turned out to be the manager. They all huddled together while I was looking at them, then I called for the manager again. He came and just said that maybe the tomatoes had too much lemon and asked if I want a refund. I would have accepted but I saw that during the whole conversation, the rest of the crew were whispering and being rude. Because of that, I declined and said we're never coming back after how we're treated. He said okay and left. Worst manager and crew. He did not even talk to them or anything. He just went to the back of the kitchen area. team was staring and acting strange. I threw half my food away and we had to pick out the tomatoes. Very disgusting and rude place. I'm beyond disappointed with the level of service and lack of respect. Plus some of the crew members were plain rude and the girl clearly looked like she didn't want to be there and her service reflected that. Worst Chipotle location I have been too. Seriously, none of this...
Read moreAside from my kids asking to go here, there are much better options in the area. On one occasion the steak salad bowl I ate made me feel sick to my stomach for half a day. Last week stopped in to get my daughter lunch for her bday. The chicken in the bowl I had was totally cold. On the number of other visits the kids wanted Chipotle, the food was typically just okay. Noticed the restaurant was dirty from the moment I see the door, and inside no better. Okay so the place does get busy, but there has to be a presence of clean if you're pushing Fresh & Healthy. They advertise this higher quality of food and taste. Sorry but imho it is just NOT a delivered upon promise. The also advertise fast food speed service and this def gets done, albeit at a price to the atmosphere and experience. While the concept of volume pays plenty of profits for shareholders, the impersonal assembly line of corporately programmed staff is simply dehumanizing on both sides of the counter. On this last visit, about 7 staff working, no one even said hello, not even the cashier, or thank you, good bye.... nothing! Okay, so this is just the price of speed and profits? Another price of our growing socially disengaged modern day techno society and future I suppose? Not us, enough is enough on the other aspects,...
Read moreI drive 10 more minutes to get to this Chipotle when there is actually one closer to my house. The reason for that is the customer service and food quality/quantity.
The amazing customer service can be boiled down to the well oiled machine that handles their to-go and line orders. I thank management for hiring the right people for that.
There is one star that absolutely stands out, however. That star is Yuletta. She is engaging, kind, funny, and all the other attributes you see when feeling like you just received above and beyond service. Yuletta is the main reason I drive the extra 10 mins. She will always smile and greet you with excitement, turning any day into a better one.
Quantity is my second reason. At some Chipotle’s, they treat to-go orders as if they somehow don’t need the same portion of ingredients as when a customer is standing in front of them. This location must have much better training in regards to this issue. If I order extra black beans, I get extra black beans. You don’t get cheated by putting in an online order.
All-in-all, this will continue to be my go-to location. Thank you management, staff, and especially Yuletta for providing fantastic customer service to make my day that...
