My fiancé and I visited this location for a middle of the day fall treat. Enter the drive through around 2:30 pm maybe 4 or 5 cars a head of us.when our turn came a lady said "Welcome to dunkin how may I help you" I respond " Hi how are you today?". My question was not answered but a " go a head with your order" response was given instead. I asked for a medium pumpkin sipping iced coffee since that was the name in which I could read on there menu board for there pumpkin coffee. The lady working the drive through informed me that their latte machine was broken. I responded "okay do you have pumpkin flavoring?" The worker responded "yes". I then asked " do you have Iced Coffee?" . Worker responded dedicated "yes". I then asked if I could have a medium Pumkin Iced Coffee. As the worker who was speaking with me was trying to respond a second female voice said "maybe if you would answer her question?" This confused myself and my Fiancé since neither one of us heard the first female worker a question. My Fiancé then from the passenger seat spoke up and said" exuse me?" It was then clear to both me and my fiancé that the second female voice had taken over the conversation when she replied " you asked how she was and she didn't answer you" with a slight laugh of misunderstanding in her voice. Again me and my fiance remained silent because we were both confused in why our order has yet to be taken and at first we were made to believe that we hadn't answered a question that was asked when in fact it was my origi al question of how they were doing was the question not asked. Laughter continued from the microphone and my Fiance now annoyed asked "Can we order". A comment was made which we couldn't really hear because of both voices from the workers mixing together. My Fiancé asked again "Can we order?" The second worker then asked for our order. I ordered 1 medium Pumkin Iced coffee cream only, and 1 medium pumpkin Iced coffee cream amd sugar. The worker repeated order and we drove up. As we were 1 car behind the drive thru window. A lady with pink and silver nails peaked her head out as to look down the drive thru line. She then proceeded to click her nail along the side of the drive thru window to Indicate that she was annoyed. When we pulled up she repeated our order while giving me a dirty look. I stated yes that was our order and the another worker female peired around her to give me and my fiancé a dirty look as well. I assume that these two girls were the ones we were dealing with at the window. I gave the girl with the pink and silver nails my debit card she gave it back with no receipt may I add. When she handed the forst coffee to me she said here is the pumpkin. Since we ordered to pumpkin ice coffees I inquired if this is the one with sugar or just cream. She then gave a disgusted look and said " if you read the label it will say what it is." This annoyed me to point I actually now wanted to cause a scene since yet again her choice of words. After both coffees were given to us and another exchange of dirty looks were given to me and my fiancé just for trying to order and validate what we're being given was what we ordered and paid for. Both my Fiancé and myself are General Managers for quick service restaurants and understand entirely the difficulties customer services jobs bring. So when things happen to us we are understanding and patient we get. These girls need a long discussion on how to act in the work place and talk to people, as well the Company Dunkin Donuts should have a better website and customer outreach system in place for when employees deliberately don't give a reciept of purchase to prevent a negative survey such as this...
Read moreI have stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts on a handful of occasions after doing business with a studio in the nearby vicinity. The staff has always been friendly. Generally speaking, the breakfast sandwiches have come out as expected. This time around, I tried two new wraps, and overall they each get a two out of five stars. One was the chorizo and egg wrap, and the other was the chicken and roasted red pepper wrap. Each were smaller than expected and were loaded with sauce on the inside. Both did not resemble the Dunkin’ Donuts official picture. See website.
The main ingredients got lost respectively in the sauce and cheese. Overall the chorizo wrap was the better of the two.
The iced coffee with the specifics I usually get wasn’t made very well, and it appeared that there was a newer training employee. That’s OK because everybody has to learn. I still drank it :-).
I also wasn’t given any napkins in my bag, and again I think it’s because it was a newer employee. She was very very nice and I’m sure she’ll get feedback from others.
The exterior of this Dunkin’ Donuts is more modern and nice looking, and I’ve never been in the interior.
Overall from the collective experiences, I would still give this Dunkin’ Donuts about a 3.75 stars. be careful because it’s off a very busy street.
Overall, when I need a Dunkin’ Donuts fix, I’m so appreciative that this location exists where it does, before I get back on the highway.
Update: 3/7/24 I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee inside the Dunkin Doughnuts. It was my first visit inside, and I was pleased to observe a more modern, nicer, and clean location.
The sourdough breakfast sandwich was hearty and as in times past pretty good; yet the sandwich would be elevated and far more delicious with fresh cracked and easy cooked eggs instead of what appears to be reheated precooked...
Read moreNever going to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. The line is ridiculously long so I went inside, the worker took my order I scanned my Dunkin app and paid through Apple Pay. The man tells me to step to the side while they make my coffee. He makes the coffee and brings out my coffees and I’m waiting for my food. 10 minutes go by, he goes to take another customers order and then tells me my payment didn’t go through. So me being confused because there didn’t seem to be an issue at the time I was ordering asks what he means. He hands me the receipt that he didn’t give me and I look at it and it says change due: $0.00 so I tell him and he says don’t worry about it and then asks the other workers who put the last payment in. (I’m assuming he knew he messed up) Another lady who I’m assuming is the manager or higher up looks at the screen and says it was never paid and goes and messes around on the register to figure out what happened. Meanwhile the customer who was waiting to place his order tells them they shouldn’t be worrying about a $10 order they messed up in the first place because he was getting irritated with the wait. The 2 continue to argue with not only me but 2 other customers who witnessed everything, and then the man has the audacity to tell me to stop getting angry as if this was my fault. The lady got mad and tells us if we don’t like it don’t come back. I have never been disgusted with the unprofessionalism, disorganization, and rudeness to customers that this Dunkin’ Donuts showed. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts and I will be reaching out to the corporate office. DO NOT GOTO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS YOU WILL BE...
